From Creating Assets for Hive to Leading a 3D Studio (2020–2026)
When I first joined Hive a few years ago, I wasn’t thinking about building a studio, leading teams, or producing large commercial projects.
At that time, I was simply a creative person who loved experimenting with motion graphics, animation, and design. Hive became a place where I could share ideas, contribute to the community, and grow alongside other creators.
Looking back today, that small step turned into a much bigger journey than I ever imagined.
The Early Days on Hive
When I started posting on Hive, my contributions were quite simple.
I created footer designs, banners, and graphical assets that bloggers in the community could use. It was my way of giving back while also sharpening my own creative skills.
Later, I started sharing tutorials and insights related to motion graphics and animation. Teaching others forced me to organize my thoughts, refine my workflows, and continuously improve.
Hive wasn’t just a platform for posting content — it became a place where I could experiment, learn, and connect with other creatives.
Discovering the Power of Motion & Visual Storytelling
My background in motion design slowly evolved into something deeper.
Over the years, I worked across multiple areas of visual production:
- Motion Graphics
- 3D Animation
- Product Visualization
- Commercial Advertising
- VFX Supervision
What fascinated me the most was how visual storytelling could influence perception.
A well-crafted piece of animation doesn’t just look good — it can shape how people experience a brand, a product, or an idea.
That realization pushed me toward something bigger.
The Birth of Peak Studio
As projects became larger and more complex, I realized that doing everything alone was not the right path.
Great creative work is rarely the result of one person — it’s the outcome of strong collaboration between talented specialists.
This led to the creation of Peak Studio, where I currently work as the founding artist and creative director.
The studio focuses on 3D animation, CGI commercials, and visual storytelling for brands. Our work involves building high-end visuals for product campaigns, advertisements, and digital content.
Instead of simply creating visuals, our focus has always been on crafting visuals that help brands communicate more powerfully.
Growing Through Real Projects
Over the past few years, the studio has worked on a wide range of projects.
Some involved product advertising campaigns, others focused on CGI commercials, social media campaigns, or animation-driven storytelling.
Each project brought new challenges:
- building realistic 3D products
- directing animation sequences
- supervising visual effects
- managing creative teams and production pipelines
These experiences gradually shaped how I approach creative work today — not just as a designer, but as someone responsible for guiding ideas from concept to final production.
Learning Beyond Borders
One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been learning from creatives around the world.
The creative industry moves quickly, and staying relevant requires constant learning — new tools, new techniques, new storytelling approaches.
Over time I’ve connected with artists, studios, and creators internationally, which has helped expand my perspective on how modern visual production operates globally.
For a studio based in Nepal, this global exposure has been incredibly valuable.
Where Things Are Heading
Today, my focus has shifted toward something very specific:
Building CGI-driven visual systems for modern brands.
The world of advertising is evolving rapidly. Brands are no longer competing only through messaging — they compete through visual impact, storytelling, and perceived value.
High-quality CGI and animation allow brands to create visuals that would otherwise be impossible or extremely expensive in traditional production.
This is the direction Peak Studio continues to grow in.
My Relationship With Hive
Even as my work expanded into larger productions and studio projects, Hive remained an important part of my creative journey.
It’s where I first shared my work publicly, contributed assets to the community, and connected with creators who were also building their own paths.
That’s why I’ve decided to start sharing more here again.
Not only finished projects — but also:
- behind-the-scenes processes
- creative experiments
- production insights
- resources for creators
What’s Coming Next
Moving forward, I plan to share more content related to:
- Studio projects and visual breakdowns
- Motion design and CGI workflows
- Creative resources for the community
- Insights from running a 3D animation studio
My goal is simple: to contribute more value to the community that supported my early journey.
If you’ve been following my work for a while, thank you for being part of this journey.
And if you’re new here — welcome.
