Buenas buenas a toda la comunidad de Hive, en esta ocasión les quiero compartir mi proceso en la elaboración de este dibujo, lo hice como tarea de una materia de la universidad, pero la verdad es que ocurrió algo que me parece divertido, aunque en ese momento fue muy frustrante, y es que el profesor me dijo que así no era la tarea, por lo que me dio otra oportunidad para hacerla y presentarla, y como ya me había pasado que no entendía bien lo que el profesor pedía, él le pidió a la preparadora (que es una estudiante que nos puede asesorar sobre esta materia) que me guiara, y así fue. No tengo fotos del proceso como tal, pero tengo algunas imágenes de unos bocetos que hice estudiando las formas de esos juguetes de mi hijo, en diferentes ángulos para poder encontrar la manera de “descomponerlo” que era el ejercicio.
Yo igual me siento orgullosa de cómo me quedaron estos ositos con sus cubos de madera, ya que en ese momento estaba pasando por un proceso emocionalmente difícil, y con mucha paciencia pude ordenar estos juguetes, tomar una cartulina, hacer el dibujo a lápiz y capa por capa ir aplicando la acuarela, esperando que secara cada color debidamente, y me encantó el resultado, estaba dando lo mejor de mí y pude notarlo en mis dibujos.
Finalmente pude reunirme con la chica que fue mi preparadora, y me explicó que el profesor quería que aprendiera a descomponer las formas que veía y crear nuevas, en base a las anteriores. Me costó pero ¡lo logré!. Comencé a imaginarme y preguntarme ¿cuál era la forma básica de esas figuras? ¿cuál era su estructura? ¿cuáles son los materiales que la componen? ¿de dónde provienen? ¿Qué me permiten hacer o construir? ¿cómo se forman?
En base a estas preguntas comencé a dibujar, ideas muy locas, uniendo los elementos que tenía frente a mí, como que el oso tuviera cuerpo de madera, pero me di cuenta que era algo que podía existir así que tuve que descartarlo, y observé con más detalle al oso, me di cuenta que estaba hecho de hilos, tela y algodón, que son elementos muy flexibles, con los que podía jugar a crear otras formas. Así fue como pensé en la base de su estructura “el algodón”, y pensé en los proceso que hay que hacer para que elaborar los hilos y las telas que posteriormente son dibujadas (les dibujan los patrones), cortadas y cosidas para crear formas.
Y qué loco sería si no conociéramos esos procesos ¿Y si la naturaleza nos diera ositos por partes para solo unirlo? ¿Y no hacerlo desde cero?. Sé que es una idea muy loca, pero había que descomponer y con aprobación de la preparadora, me atreví a hacer una mata de algodón de la que salieran pares del oso, como si él mismo se construyera, la misma planta son los hilos que lo pueden mantener unido e incluso bordan las letras de un cubo de madera. Aquí les muestro mi resultado final.
Tanto la primera pintura de osos en acuarela como la segunda presentación de manera descompuesta de los oso que fue realizada con acuarela y tiza pastel, miden 32 cm de largo por 23,5 cm de alto.

Good morning to all the Hive community, this time I want to share with you my process in the elaboration of this drawing, I did it as a homework for a subject at the university, but the truth is that something happened that I find funny, although at the time it was very frustrating, and that is that the professor told me that this was not the task, so he gave me another chance to do it and present it, and as it had already happened to me that I did not understand well what the professor asked, he asked the trainer (who is a student who can advise us on this subject) to guide me, and so it was. I don't have pictures of the process as such, but I have some images of some sketches I made studying the shapes of those toys of my son, in different angles to find the way to "decompose" it, which was the exercise.
I feel proud of how these bears with their wooden cubes turned out, because at that time I was going through an emotionally difficult process, and with a lot of patience I was able to order these toys, take a cardboard, make the drawing in pencil and layer by layer apply the watercolor, waiting for each color to dry properly, and I loved the result, I was giving the best of me and I could see it in my drawings.
Finally I was able to meet with the girl who was my trainer, and she explained that the teacher wanted me to learn to decompose the shapes I saw and create new ones, based on the previous ones. It was hard, but I did it! I began to imagine and ask myself, what was the basic shape of these figures? what was their structure? what are the materials they are made of? where do they come from? what do they allow me to make or build? how are they formed?
Based on these questions I began to draw, very crazy ideas, joining the elements that I had in front of me, like the bear having a wooden body, but I realized that it was something that could exist so I had to discard it, and I looked at the bear in more detail, I realized that it was made of threads, fabric and cotton, which are very flexible elements, with which I could play to create other forms. That's how I thought about the base of its structure "the cotton", and I thought about the process that has to be done to elaborate the threads and fabrics that are later drawn (they draw the patterns), cut and sewn to create shapes.
And how crazy would it be if we did not know these processes? What if nature gave us bears in parts to just put together? And not do it from scratch? I know it's a crazy idea, but it was necessary to decompose and with the approval of the trainer, I dared to make a cotton bush from which pairs of the bear, as if he built himself, the same plant are the threads that can keep it together and even embroider the letters of a wooden cube. Here I show you my final result.
Both the first painting of bears in watercolor and the second presentation of the bears in a decomposed manner, which was made with watercolor and chalk pastel, measure 32 cm long by 23.5 cm high.
