To get the entry version, I used the "colored pencil" filter on Photoscape, then added the autolevel tool which brought in the pretty blues.

The above was the colored pencil before I used the autolevel tool. I liked that version too.
Below, I tried this "planet" setting on Gimp... then hit "kaleidoscope" - what a surprise!
The next three are results from the Deep Dream Generator - one of which I liked enough to use in my shops.
