La primera capa base consta de amarillo brillante en las áreas iluminadas y mostaza para los que posteriormente va a oscurecerse.
The first base layer consists of bright yellow in the illuminated areas and mustard for those that will later darken.
Cómo puede notarse, no uso naranja directamente en el dibujo, sino que voy cubriendo color por color en varias tonalidades. Para ello, pinto de rojo las áreas que quiero oscuras y delineadas, para no hacer un contraste demasiado fuerte antes de colocar encima marrón terracota.
As you can see, I do not use orange directly in the drawing, but I cover it color by color in various shades. To do this, I paint the areas I want dark and outlined in red, so as not to make too strong a contrast before placing terracotta brown on top.
Para difuminar los tonos dispares aplico rosado claro en medio de cada área para unificarla. Y una vez lista la primera capa, procedemos a usar el naranja. No es el procedimiento final, esto puede repetirse varias veces hasta obtener buenos resultados y que por fin toda el área este cubierta sin dejar grumos o espacios en blanco innecesarios.
To blur the disparate shades I apply light pink in the middle of each area to unify it. And once the first layer is ready, we proceed to use orange. This is not the final procedure, this can be repeated several times until good results are obtained and finally the whole area is covered without leaving unnecessary lumps or blank spaces.
Las manchas negras de la rana primero son coloreadas con gris oscuro y desde los bordes hacía el centro con negro. Puede notarse que en algunas áreas brillantes apliqué blanco para dar esa textura luminosa, en sus ojos y párpados, por ejemplo.

Para pintar sus patas, aplique una capa de blanco y alrededor gris claro, para los bordes gris oscuro. Encima de ello azul de Copenhague y azul cielo en el área brillante. Difuminado ligeramente con verde y negro.
To paint your legs, apply a layer of white and around light gray, for the dark gray edges. On top of that, Copenhagen blue and sky blue in the shiny area. Lightly blurred with green and black.
Para finalizar, usé diferentes tonos de verde en el fondo, primavera, pasto, jungla, etc. Mezclados con mostaza, amarillo y café Siena. Encima, humedecí un creyon de acuarela azul marino para hacer la grama. Y en la tierra, después de tres capas de gris y negro, aplique marrón y terracota, dos veces después de hacer muchos puntos con un marcador punta fina, también para cubrir el exceso de brillo ¡Espero les guste!
To finish, I used different shades of green in the background, spring, grass, jungle, etc.
with mustard, yellow and sienna brown. On top of that, I moistened a navy blue watercolor crayon to make the grass. And on the ground, after three coats of gray and black, apply brown and terracotta, twice after making many points with a fine tip marker, also to cover the excess shine I hope you like it!
