Sherri and Ed might be dead...?!?!?!?!?
As you probably already know, these two unusual characters that reside next door to me, hardly ever make themselves seen…
It still remains a mystery as to how they manage such a feat. They both have jobs, so they come and go at least twice a day, five days per week.
Also... what about food shopping and all that other boring crap most of us need to do on a regular basis? In the fifteen or so years that I've known them, I might have seen them come home with grocery bags, maybe three or four times...!!!
How come I see all my other neighbors much more than I care to, and not these two birds on a regular basis? I'm beginning to wonder if they're merely a figment of my imagination?
I really should bring the subject up with my Therapist… I mean... it's not that I haven't thought of mentioning it to her during past psychoanalytic sessions, but I didn't want her to think I was crazy...
ANYWAY...
Ever since this Covid thing scared the shit out of almost everyone around here, Sherri and Ed have become even more reclusive. So, maybe they're not dead after all? Perhaps there's some other sound reason why I haven't seen their cars moved for about a week.
I don't know...???
Ed works from home since Corona became more than just a Mexican beer. He's informed me of that one rare occasion I actually spotted him within ear-shot (I almost forgot) So, that explains his car sitting in the same spot for a week or more.
But, what about Dr. Sherri M.D.?!?!?!? Huh…??? Maybe she's doing that 'Tel-Med' stuff I've been hearing about lately? She sits home at the computer and has patients expose themselves to her online, instead of at the office?
Fortunately, she's not a Proctologist… or a Gynecologist, because you need to probe orifices if one of those is your specialty. How the hell can you probe butts and vaginas online…?!?!?!?
Such a mystery, I tell ya.
I've begun sneaking over to their front door late in the evening to sniff around a bit. You know... in order to determine if there's that smell of death seeping out... So far... nothing… Fortunately!
Maybe they haven't been dead long enough yet? Or, only one died and the other buried the body out back in a stealth manner, or stuffed the corpse into a freezer...?!?!?!?
Since Sherri's a doctor and Ed is a chemical engineer, they probably both know how to preserve dead bodies. So, either one of them could have croaked...!!!
I don't know… Maybe I need to stop worrying about trivial things like that? But, I do get bored sometimes which sets my mind to wandering and wondering.
Listen, my friends... I'm gonna take a break now and turn on You Tube. There might be a new Livestream of that guy walking around Cincinnati with his Galaxy VI for eleven hours?
After all... Cincinnati, Ohio is the place we all wish we could tour, every day, for many hours in an attempt to satisfy our deepest yearnings.
I'd hate to miss a single minute of it, as it actually happens😒 What a devastating, psychological event, that would be!!!
