Yes I have been taking these three vitamin for more than six months but I will share a secret. The only thing that works for older chess players is about thirty minutes of exercise and a medium meal before the tournament to get your blood circulating in your brain. Of course all of you young chess players don’t have to be concern about that (of course LOL).
I mostly eat after 6pm but I going to change that on Fridays & Saturday
I”ve been playing some colorful and winning chess in the Li chess general community and I plan to exercise, eat early and do the same in the hive tournaments.
We were missing a few players in round 3 and I got some favorable pairing and this lead to my highest finish in a hive chess tournament.
