On a day like this My sweet country gained her freedom;
Yes freedom from the colonial masters;
I am happy to be a Nigerian;
Although the leaders wants to make it look as if nothing good can come out of it, but I am happy that God has better plans for Nigeria and together we will all escape the cruelty of our callous leaders.
Rise to the faith dear Nigeria, believe you can overcome all odds.
Proof to your neighbouring countries that you can do better;
Give birth, please give birth to courageous, strong, and truthful leaders that will in turn replace the bad, feeble ones, and Nigeria will become a conducive place for all to dwell in.
