Does love fade when the bills arrive? A very interesting topic indeed. Some people will say yes while others will say no. Some people claim to love unconditionally and promise to stay even when you have nothing, and hearing such statements makes me laugh. The only love that is truly unconditional is the love of God and a mother’s love. Nobody loves without conditions, there must always be a reason or circumstance attached to it.
For the guys, as long as you can foot the bills, you will enjoy some love. That does not mean there is no genuine love, but for love to remain exciting, you must be able to provide and handle responsibilities. For example, in a new relationship, love often feels sweeter because at that early stage, the man does everything possible to impress the woman and willingly pays most of the bills. The lady may fall for him because of his generosity and ability to provide. However, once the man wins her heart and can no longer pay the bills, changes begin to appear and the love starts fading.
Money is like a spice in a relationship, it helps to season and sustain it. As long as bills keep coming and you can handle them, love tends to remain strong. I have seen relationships and marriages fall apart the moment a man loses his job and cannot meet financial responsibilities. I have also seen women who stayed committed for a while but eventually left because they could not endure the hardship any longer. There are also a few who remain faithful through thick and thin.
However, in most cases, love fades when the bills arrive. So while you are in love, make sure you work hard because I believe in true love, yet I also believe that every love has its conditions. Above all, make money because there will always be bills to pay.
