Esta es mi participación en el Extraño Concurso No. 42 el cual se trata de escribir una historia corta cuyo texto debe constar entre 100 y 300 palabras inspirada en la frase: “Amigo Imaginario”. Tienes hasta el día viernes 19 de abril para participar.

Soy Carlota. Estoy jugando a “Las escondidas” con mi mejor amiga. A mí me toca buscarla pero se escondió muy bien. Busco, busco y no la encuentro. Fui al río a buscarla pero nada que aparece.

Lissy es mi hermanita mayor, por eso es mi mejor amiga. Es un poco seria pero muy cariñosa aunque a veces tenemos diferencias, creo que eso es normal. Yo la quiero mucho. Cuando estamos en la cama viendo televisión, nos peleamos por estar al lado de mamá. Nos agradan las visitas al río pero ella no es muy arriesgada a meterse en el agua.

Siempre estamos juntas. Un día enfermó y yo esperaba por su pronta recuperación, de pronto ya no la vi más. Pensé que se escondió y comencé a buscarla. No la encontré. Ahora vive en mi mente y en mi corazón, se convirtió en mi amiga imaginaria y la extraño mucho. Pese a que ella era una poodle y yo una chihuahua nos llevábamos muy bien. Lissy llegó a casa desde cachorra y yo fui adoptada pero ella siempre me aceptó.

Este relato lo hice en honor a la hija perruna de mi hermana. Lissy era hija de mi mascota Susy, que falleció hace 4 años. La vi nacer junto a sus dos hermanos que también fallecieron. Invito a Hive account@yeceniacarolina a participar en este maravilloso mundo de ejercicios cortos.

Lissy, my best friend

I'm Carlota. I'm playing "Hide and Seek" with my best friend. It's my turn to look for her but she hid very well. I look, I look and I can't find her. I went to the river to look for her but she's nowhere to be found.

Lissy is my big sister, that's why she is my best friend. She is a little serious but very loving although sometimes we have differences, I think that's normal. I love her very much. When we are in bed watching TV, we fight to be next to mom. We like to go to the river but she is not very risky to go in the water.

We are always together. One day she got sick and I was hoping for her speedy recovery, suddenly I didn't see her anymore. I thought she was hiding and started looking for her. I did not find her. Now she lives in my mind and in my heart, she became my imaginary friend and I miss her very much. Even though she was a poodle and I was a Chihuahua, we got along very well. Lissy came home as a puppy and I was adopted but she always accepted me.

I did this story in honor of my sister's doggy daughter. Lissy was the daughter of my pet Susy, who passed away 4 years ago. I saw her born along with her two brothers who also passed away. I invite Hive account@yeceniacarolina to participate in this wonderful world of short exercises.
