It's been a while since I last talked about manga/anime on hive
But I think the moment deserved at least a post with a reflection and a whiny slash review of everything that has happened in this last month with the end of Jujutsu Kaisen, which is now one of my favorite mangas.
It is understood that many mangas have controversial endings, mangakas are tired of either the pressure of releasing a monthly or weekly copy and more so when you are successful and now you have a horde of fans behind you wanting to know what happens next in your story.
I think that Gege Akutami, the mangaka of Jujutsu Kaisen, has had a lot of personality finishing this story since last year with the famous death of the most popular character of your work, and many of us know that not everyone dares to kill the character who pays for the merchandise with his face.
But I understand that there are many unfinished gaps throughout the story as well as resources that are proposed on some page, in a panel and then are not used and are completely forgotten, I think the criticism that JJK is not a series that prioritizes world building too much at any time is valid
even from the beginning!
But I think I liked the way this story ended, at least for now, because everything has been left in such an open ending that I have no doubt that at some point with Gege with more strength he will take it up again.
But let's talk in detail about JJK
I think Gojo is better off dead, but I still want more.
More of the Gojo clan, more of how his death was, what did they do with the body, details, I want DETAILS, besides that the Gojo clan is another question mark throughout the work, we don't know anything about them or a possible heir
In addition, there is also the game of sacrifice that was left on standby with the death of Megumi's sister and the subsequent battle with Sukuna, what happens to those sorcerers? We know that Higuruma and Takada are alive at least
There is also the origin of Sukuna, which has always been somewhat vague, like his basic ritual technique. Here we enter into territory that seems obvious but which is not explained in the manga, or at least not in a way that I understand.
The Heian era... US troops in Tokyo...
Even characters that I think have been a bit overlooked like the entire Kyoto High School team, apart from Todo or Machamaru I think have been somewhat wasted
Possibly because Tokyo was very broken
I liked Yuji's ending a lot more, finishing off Sukuna on his own merits, being crucial in the fight, being the one who resists the most on the battlefield and being the one who has the ritual technique to finish off Sukuna, I think that in the end they do justice in many ways to the rooster by letting him give him the final punch despite the fact that Yuuta returned in Gojo's body
In a few years it will be the turn to see how they adapt this whole ending in the animation, and knowing Mappa they have An ideal sketch to put all the crazy ideas and symbolisms that occur to them, many references to the beginnings of the manga and anime as well as themes that seem loose and can be well grasped by them
If it is not clear I think that the manga ending was okay, not too brilliant but I think it fulfills what was wanted, a victory for Yuji and an open ending so that in future inspirations Gege can expand the story with the full cast.

ha pasado un tiempo desde la ultima vez que hable de manga/anime en hive
¡pero creo que el momento se merecia al menos un post con una reflexion y un lloriqueo slash review de todo lo que ha pasado en este ultimo mes con el final de Jujutsu Kaisen, el que es hoy uno de mis mangas favoritos.
Entiendase que muchos mangas tienen finales polemicos, los mangakas estan cansados ya sea de la presion que implica sacar una copia mensual o semanal y mas cuando se tiene exito y tienes ahora detras a una horda de fans queriendo saber que pasa despues en tu historia.
Creo que Gege Akutami, mangaka de Jujutsu Kaisen ha tenido muchisima personalidad terminando esta historia desde el año pasado con la famosa muerte del personaje mas popular de tu obra, y muchos sabemos que no todos se atreven a matar al personaje que te paga la mercancia con su cara.
Pero si entiendo que hay muchos huecos inconclusos a lo largo de la historia asi como recursos que se plantean en alguna pagina, en un panel y despues no se usan y se olvidan por completo, creo que es valida la critica de que JJK no es una serie que priorice demasiado el world building en ningun momento
incluso desde sus inicios!
Pero creo que me ha gustado en buena parte como ha terminado esta historia, al menos de momento porque todo a quedado en un final tan abierto que no tengo duda de que en algun momento con Gege con mas fuerzas lo va a retomar.
Pero hablemos en detalle de JJK
Creo que Gojo esta mejor muerto, pero quiero aun asi mas.
Mas del clan Gojo, mas de como fue su muerte ¿que hicieron con el cuerpo, detalles, quiero DETALLES, ademas que el clan gojo es otra interrogante durante toda la obra, no sabemos nada de ellos ni de un posible heredero
Ademas tambien esta el juego del sacrificio que se dejo en un stand by con la muerte de la hermana de Megumi y la posterior batalla con Sukuna, que pasa con esos hechizeros? sabemos que Higuruma y Takada estan vivos al menos
Tambien esta el origen de Sukuna que siempre ha sido algo vago como su tecnica ritual base, aqui ya entramos en terreno que parece obvio pero que en el manga no explican o al menos no de un modo que yo entienda.
La era Heian.. las tropas de EE.UU en tokio...
Incluso personajes que me parece que han sido un poco pasados de largo como toda el equipo de la preparatoria de Kioto, aparte de Todo o Machamaru creo que han sido algo desperdiciados
Posiblemente porque Tokio estaba muy roto
El final de Yuji me gustó mucho mas, acabando con Sukuna en sus propios meritos, siendo crucial en la pelea, siendo el que mas resiste en el campo de batalla y siendo el que tiene la tecnica ritual para acabar con Sukuna, creo que al final le hacen justicia en muchos sentidos al gallo dejando que el le de el puñetazo final a pesar de que Yuuta regresaba en el cuerpo de Gojo
En unos años sera el turn de ver como adaptan todo este final en la animacion, y conociendo a Mappa tienen un boceto ideal para poner todas las ideas locas y simbolismos que se les ocurran, muchas referencias a los principios del manga y el anime asi como temas que parecen sueltos y pueden ser bien agarrados por ellos
Si no ha quedado claro creo que el final de manga estuvo okay, no demasiado brilloso pero creo que cumple con lo que se queria, una victoria para yuji y un final abierto para que en futuras inspiraciones gege pueda ampliar la historia con el elenco completo.
Aun asi quiero oir sus opiniones porque se que es un tema polemico, pero.. ¿que final no lo es? los espero en los comentarios
