When you are an otaku, it is hard to pick among your favorite anime. I watched so many o them while growing up during the nineties I have many fond favorites. Those ones tend to be the funniest, and Slayers is certainly one that gave me the best laughs ever!
Cuando eres un otaku, es difícil elegir entre tu anime favorito. Vi tantos mientras crecía durante los noventa que tengo muchos grnades favoritos. Esos tienden a ser los más divertidos, ¡y Slayers es sin duda uno de los que me dio las mejores risas de todos los tiempos!

Lina Inverse
(Also Reena or Rina) is this young witch with tremendous power, but she has two main flaws: She possesses a very bad temper, and she has a complex with her small boobs. Also she is pretty aggressive person, emm so let make it three main flaws XD. She is usually drew with pointy fang-like teeth which increase her malice look, specially when she is angry (which is practically ALL the time). From the first chapter I just loved her, and I have to say, the first chapter was she destroying a whole town because she was called Flat-girl lol.
(También Reena o Rina) es esta joven bruja con un poder tremendo, pero tiene dos defectos principales: posee muy mal genio y tiene un complejo con sus pequeños senos. También es una persona bastante agresiva, emm, así que vamos a contar tres defectos principales XD. Por lo general, esdibujada con dientes puntiagudos como colmillos que aumentan su aspecto malicioso, especialmente cuando está enojada (que es prácticamente TODO el tiempo). Desde el primer capítulo simplemente la ame, y tengo que decir que el primer capítulo fue ella destruyendo una ciudad entera porque la llamaron chica plana lol.

One important thing to mention is that Slayers anime and manga are based on a novel that doesn't have much humor. This factor was added when converted into this awesome show. Also, these productions vary from the main novel story sometimes in a great scale. Never mind, I don't worry about that; I just enjoy the show.
Una cosa importante a mencionar es que el anime y el manga de Slayers se basan en una novela que no tiene mucho humor. Este factor se agregó cuando se convirtió en este impresionante espectáculo. Además, estas producciones varían de la historia principal de la novela a veces en gran escala. No importa, no me preocupo por eso; Simplemente disfruto del show.

Now, the great thing about Lina is that she possesses a dreadful deadly spell called Dragon's Slave in which she calls great darkness to support her plea for vanquishing her enemies! The spell goes as follows:

During this show's fever, whenever one of my friends got mad he or she would start reciting Dragon's Slave spell. It was our way to joke and say we were mad lol. I came for the magic and ancient times, but I stood for the humor and connections between characters. It is a jewel of those times, and I completely recommend it to have a good time.
Durante la fiebre de este programa, cada vez que uno de mis amigos se enojaba, comenzaba a recitar el hechizo Dragon's Slave. Era nuestra manera de bromear y decir que estábamos locos jajaja. Vine por la magia y los tiempos antiguos, pero defendí el humor y las conexiones entre los personajes. Es una joya de aquellos tiempos, y la recomiendo totalmente para pasar un buen rato.
