Today I will review an anime with you called ReLIFE. It is a best School Drama and Slice of life anime ever I watched. I've been watching this anime for a long time but I finished watching it last night. So let's take a look at the basic story of this anime.

Basic Plot Story
Arata Kaizaki, 27 years old, is unemployed and unable to find a job. To get by, he works a part-time job at a convenience store. One day, a mysterious person named Ryo Yoake offers him a deal: if he works as a test subject for ReLIFE Laboratory for one year, they will arrange a job for him. The task he is asked to do is a very interesting one.
My Review
In one word, I would say this is the best anime I have ever watched. The thing I liked most about this anime is that the characters are written very beautifully. The aspect of friendship feels absolutely amazing. The animation is also fantastic. The piano sound BGM was a bit jarring at the start, but as I got attached to the story, the BGM started feeling more and more amazing. The soundtrack is truly very good.
The opening and ending songs were crafted with great care. Even now, when I listen to the opening with headphones, my eyes somehow well up, and an emotional feeling takes over. The art style mesmerized me. There are some moments that I cannot express in words. Every episode is good, but the final episodes were an intense emotional rollercoaster and left me completely empty by the end. ReLIFE reminded me that life is wonderful, and friends are amazing. If only I could be a test subject for ReLIFE Laboratory.
My Opinion
I won’t say ReLIFE is a solid 10/10 series. Maybe it’s an 8/10 or 9/10. But the ending was so good that I couldn’t help myself. Yes, it’s a masterpiece.
Though ReLIFE’s story seems simple, it’s not that simple. It’s a high school romance anime with some sci-fi elements and keeps a mystery until the end about what’s going to happen. It also gives many life lessons. It’s the kind of anime that, if you’re in a bad mood, you can start watching without any expectations, and a slight smile will appear on your face, I’m sure. The comedy works very well, and the entire series has a very innocent vibe.
4 OVA Episodes Review
The best aspect of this series is that all the characters are lovable. But in the OVAs, everyone except the two main characters was ignored. There was no intention to answer what happened to them. My heart couldn’t accept this at all. Haha, but it’s okay. Because covering so much in four episodes isn’t possible. In that sense, the studio did a fine job. I felt satisfied. To those who have watched ReLIFE but haven’t seen the four OVA episodes yet, I’d say, please watch them. You’ll get a Your Name-like feel. And yes, the budget was very low, which will be noticeable, but it’s still good.
If you haven’t watched ReLIFE, you’re missing a gem. It’s one of the best slice-of-life anime.
At the end I would say, why is this anime so underrated.
