What influenced my drive to watch this anime is nothing more than the fact that it's name sounded just like Black Lagoon 😂
I wish I could say that truthfully, alas I also saw a rather sad and moving clip that made me think

Plot

In a near future, human being have been defeated by viral parasitic monsters called Gastrea. The only and last line defense from these monsters is the rate black metal called Varanium and children with mixed DNA of these Gastrea called initiators.

Watching this show was quite an experience.
That moment when you don't really have much of an expectation and it goes and really impresses you in every way.
It's a really short anime with just 13 episodes it's really something one can watch throughout the day.

What I Liked

- A Matured Main Character

Now at first this isn't something that would need a header of its own but I just started the Fate anime Series, already through with Fate Stay Night actually and there's something I've noticed.

Emiya is a very annoying character

That's true, I feel if there was a Worst Main Character award, he would win it. At least i know I'll vote for him to win it.
The problem I have with Emiya is his indecision and how it affects him and people around him.
The Urge to be good contradicts with the urge to stop evil thoroughly.

This is hurtful for me to watch as he makes decisions that are unreasonable all in the act of playing hero.
Rentaro isn't like that despite having very similar circumstances as Emiya.
They both are victims of previous incidents that left them near death, they both have that heroic urge and dream, they're both even the love interest of every girl they've come across and keep communication with.
Regardless, Rentaro doesn't do any action that annoys me.

I know this sound selfish and funny, but still😂

The levelheadedness and maturity of him should be well noted and applauded.

- The Parallelism with Reality

One thing this anime does well is showcasing how humans would react if such a huge incident should happen in real life.
The urge to save only those people who are part of your group or clique and abandon people you don't know, how humans huddle up in close communities to help keep safe commodities, and the disdain and hate to the children who have the gastrea's DNA because of the hate for the Gastrea who caused so much pain and anger.

- Action

This shows action was a sight to watch.
Flawless animation for the year 2014, it really makes the action scenes a joy to watch.
One gets to see different styles of fighting as we see different types of Gastrea and the initiators with different types of Gastrea DNA in them.
The civil officers also have some cool fighting moves too🔥

- The Lesson on the Psych

As we see humans behaviors in such a tensed and stressed time we get to see the darkest bits of the humans heart.
We see the extent of hate and discrimination and what it can make people do.
What it does to the victims and those affiliated with them and how it can be stopped or rather tried to be.
The theme of discrimination in this film is pretty strong and we get to see and experience it in full.

- A Good Script and Pacing

This shows story was incredible.
We get to come across different concepts and characters, which just help accentuate the final experience.
The pacing was incredible too!
In just 13 episodes, we'll go through this full story and not a single point missed.

Although it's only season 1, which is out now, I wait eagerly for news about the 2nd season 😀

Overall Review 📝

This show was a delight to watch, although it may not be best for you to watch it with kids as the gore is present. (Although not as much as the animes in my earlier posts 😂)
I give it a rating of 7/10 and honestly recommend it to all anime watchers!

Ojalá pudiera decir eso con sinceridad, lamentablemente también vi un clip bastante triste y conmovedor que me hizo pensar.

Trama

En un futuro cercano, los seres humanos han sido derrotados por monstruos parásitos virales llamados Gastrea. La única y última línea de defensa contra estos monstruos es el tipo black metal llamado Varanium y los niños con ADN mixto de estos Gastrea llamados iniciadores.

Ver este programa fue toda una experiencia.
Ese momento en el que realmente no tienes muchas expectativas y realmente te impresiona en todos los sentidos.
Es un anime muy corto con solo 13 episodios y realmente es algo que se puede ver durante todo el día.

Lo que me gustó

- Un personaje principal maduro

Ahora bien, al principio esto no es algo que necesite un encabezado propio, pero acabo de comenzar la serie de anime Fate, ya terminé con Fate Stay Night y hay algo que he notado.

Emiya es un personaje muy molesto

Eso es cierto, siento que si hubiera un premio al peor personaje principal, él lo ganaría. Al menos sé que votaré por él para ganar.
El problema que tengo con Emiya es su indecisión y cómo le afecta a él y a las personas que lo rodean.
El impulso de ser bueno contradice el impulso de detener completamente el mal.

Es doloroso para mí ver cómo toma decisiones que no son razonables en el acto de jugar al héroe.
Rentaro no es así a pesar de tener circunstancias muy similares a las de Emiya.
Ambos son víctimas de incidentes previos que los dejaron al borde de la muerte, ambos tienen ese impulso y sueño heroicos, ambos son incluso el interés amoroso de cada chica con la que se han cruzado y con las que mantienen comunicación.
De todos modos, Rentarō no hace ninguna acción que me moleste.

Sé que esto suena egoísta y divertido, pero aun así 😂

Su sensatez y madurez deben ser bien notadas y aplaudidas.

- El paralelismo con la realidad

Una cosa que este anime hace bien es mostrar cómo reaccionarían los humanos si ocurriera un incidente tan grande en la vida real.
La necesidad de salvar sólo a aquellas personas que forman parte de su grupo o camarilla y abandonar a las personas que no conoce, cómo los humanos se amontonan en comunidades cercanas para ayudar a mantener los productos seguros y el desdén y el odio hacia los niños que tienen el ADN de gastrea. por el odio hacia la Gastrea que tanto dolor y enojo causó.

- Acción

Esto muestra que la acción fue un espectáculo digno de ver.
Animación impecable para el año 2014, realmente hace que sea un placer ver las escenas de acción.
Uno puede ver diferentes estilos de lucha a medida que vemos diferentes tipos de Gastrea y los iniciadores con diferentes tipos de ADN de Gastrea en ellos.
Los oficiales civiles también tienen algunos movimientos de lucha geniales🔥

- La lección sobre la psicología

Al ver los comportamientos humanos en un momento tan tenso y estresado, podemos ver las partes más oscuras del corazón humano.
Vemos el alcance del odio y la discriminación y lo que pueden llevar a la gente a hacer.
Qué les hace a las víctimas y a quienes están afiliados a ellas y cómo se puede detener o, más bien, intentar detener.
El tema de la discriminación en esta película es bastante fuerte y podemos verlo y experimentarlo en su totalidad.

- Un buen guión y ritmo

La historia de este programa fue increíble.
Nos encontramos con diferentes conceptos y personajes, que simplemente ayudan a acentuar la experiencia final.
¡El ritmo también fue increíble!
En sólo 13 episodios, repasaremos esta historia completa y no perderemos ni un solo punto.

Aunque solo es la temporada 1, que ya está disponible, espero ansiosamente noticias sobre la 2da temporada 😀

Revisión general 📝

Fue un placer ver este programa, aunque puede que no sea mejor para ti verlo con niños ya que hay sangre presente. (Aunque no tanto como los animes de mis publicaciones anteriores 😂)
¡Le doy una calificación de 7/10 y honestamente lo recomiendo a todos los espectadores de anime!
