Hace días tuve ese antojo incesante de querer ver algo relacionado al misterio, algo que me mantenga al tanto de la pantalla mientras espero la resolución del misterio, mientras nos dan pistas que nos dejan pensando, quería algo de eso, un sentimiento que no me dejaba tranquilo en lo absoluto al haberme dado cuenta de que tengo bastante tiempo sin disfrutar una obra de dicho género, así que para no quedarme con las ganas decidí emprender mi aventura de buscar por internet algunas recomendaciones, que por cierto dicha búsqueda fue bastante extraña, habían varias páginas que recomendaban casualmente lo mismo con además una extraña traducción al español dando a entender que posiblemente solo eran creadas para generar dinero, igualmente entre esos escogí uno que me llamó la atención y decidí verlo, no tenía nada que perder igualmente. Lo que no esperaba era llevarme una sorpresa más grande, no estamos ante los típicos misterios que todos esperaríamos en un anime, sino que son misterios sencillos (casi que uno por episodio, si es un poco más complicado puede abarcar más) que técnicamente podrían ocurrirnos a nosotros en cualquier momento, además de que no solamente se enfoca en eso, hay mucho más que tratar y desarrollar. Así que sin más dilación, hablemos de Hyouka, una grata sorpresa para mí.
I had that insatiable craving a few days ago to want to see something related to mystery, something that would keep me on the lookout while I wait for the mystery to be solved, while they give us clues that leave us thinking, I wanted something like that, a feeling that would not leave me at peace at all when I realized that I have quite a bit of time without enjoying a work of that genre, so as not to be left wanting, I decided to embark on my adventure of looking for recommendations on the internet, which by the way that search was quite strange, there were several pages that casually recommended the same thing with an additional strange translation into Spanish implying that they were possibly only created to generate money, nevertheless I chose one that caught my attention and decided to watch it, I had nothing to lose anyway. What I didn't expect was to be surprised even more, we are not facing the typical mysteries that we would all expect in an anime, but rather simple mysteries (almost one per episode, if it is a little more complicated it can cover more) that technically could happen to us at any time, in addition to that it is not only focused on that, there is much more to deal with and develop. So without further ado, let's talk about Hyouka, a pleasant surprise for me.

El anime nos narra la historia de un joven estudiante llamado Oreki, quien sinceramente no quiere hacer muchos esfuerzos en su vida tanto así que evita hasta el socializar con otras personas y si necesita hacer algo debe de hacerlo rápido, haciendo esto su filosofía de vida, comenzando la escuela recibe una carta de su hermana pidiéndole que se una al Club de Clásicos ya que total no va a tener nada que hacer, para evitar así su disolución, cosa que Oreki a duras penas acepta para intentar complacerla, lo que no se esperará es que al final su filosofía de vida sería totalmente puesta en juego ya que al llegar al club donde se supone que no habría nadie, se encuentra con Chitanda, una joven que se unió también al club porque su tío fue miembro de él hace muchos años, la cual es una ferviente fanática de los misterios y no puede dejar de pensar en ellos hasta tener la solución y que esté convencida de la misma. Nuestra aventura verdaderamente comienza cuando nos percatamos que Oreki tiene un don inminente para formular teorías que tarde o temprano llegan a las resoluciones de los misterios, por lo que el Club de Clásicos se convertirá en un club dedicado a eso. Conforme pasen los capítulos se unirán a ellos dos, dos personajes más, los viejos amigos de Oreki, Satoshi, quien es una base de datos andante además de aficionado a Sherlock Holmes y Mayaka, una chica aficionada al manga y a las novelas de Agatha Christie, los ayudantes perfectos para formar un equipo impecable.
The anime tells the story of a young student named Oreki, who sincerely does not want to make many efforts in his life so much so that he even avoids socializing with other people and if he needs to do something he has to do it quickly, making this his philosophy of life, starting school he receives a letter from his sister asking him to join the Classics Club since in the end he will not have anything to do, to avoid its dissolution, something that Oreki barely accepts to try to please her, what he will not expect is that at the end his philosophy of life would be totally put into play when he arrives at the club where it is supposed that there would be no one, he finds Chitanda, a young woman who also joined the club because her uncle was a member of it many years ago, who is a fervent fan of mysteries and can not stop thinking about them until she has the solution and she is convinced of it. Our adventure really begins when we realize that Oreki has an imminent gift for formulating theories that sooner or later lead to the resolutions of the mysteries, so the Classics Club will become a club dedicated to that. As the chapters go by, two more characters will join them, Oreki's old friends, Satoshi, who is a walking database as well as a Sherlock Holmes fan, and Mayaka, a girl who likes manga and Agatha Christie novels, the perfect assistants to form an impeccable team.

Es increíble lo fácil, lo llevadera que puede ser esta serie, simplemente acompañamos a los protagonistas, somos parte del club y siempre anhelamos por la resolución del misterio, cada quien podrá verse representado en uno de los cuatro protagonistas. Obviamente no es todo es color de rosas, también cada uno tendrá sus problemas y asuntos internos con los cuales lidiar pero hay un mensaje que me llegó muy claro: "reconoce tus propios talentos porque quizás los demás se sientan mal de que no lo hagas". El desarollo de Oreki es lo que más destaca conforme van pasando la obra, pasa de ser alguien desinteresado por todo a tener interés para investigar sus propios misterios por cuenta propia, al final podemos verlo tan interesado como Chitanda en cuál es la resolución del caso que tiene entre sus manos y que en realidad no es porque ella lo obligue. Quizás los otros personajes lleguen a ser un poco más secundarios pero tienen también sus momentos muy humanos, como sentir celos y orgullo por el talento de tu amigo, teniendo plena confianza en él y en su habilidad, también sale a relucir el tema del amor propio, que tenemos que querernos a uno mismo, que a pesar de no considerarnos especiales puede que para otras personas sí lo somos, teniendo que saber valorar ese aprecio que esas personas tienen hacia nosotros. Realmente una historia que durante todo su transcurso va dejando mensajes y no se centra totalmente en los pequeños misterios.
It's amazing how easy, how bearable this series can be, we simply follow the protagonists, we are part of the club and always yearn for the resolution of the mystery, each one can see themselves represented in one of the four protagonists. Obviously it is not all roses, each one will also have their problems and internal affairs to deal with but there is a message that came to me very clear: "recognize your own talents because perhaps others feel bad that you do not do it". The development of Oreki is what stands out the most as they go by, he goes from being someone uninterested in everything to having an interest in investigating his own mysteries on his own, in the end we can see him as interested as Chitanda in what the resolution of the case he has in his hands and that in reality it is not because she forces him. Perhaps the other characters become a little more secondary but they also have their very human moments, like feeling jealous and proud of your friend's talent, having full confidence in him and his ability, the issue of self-love also comes to light, that we have to love ourselves, that despite not considering ourselves special we may be for other people, having to value that appreciation that those people have for us. Really a story that throughout its course leaves messages and is not completely focused on the small mysteries.

Hay que dejar algo en claro y es que puede que este anime no sea para todo el mundo, debido a que quizás a algunas personas se le haga un poco lento o no tengan el interés suficiente debido a que los misterios a resolver no son nada del otro mundo pero si le das una oportunidad de seguro que su historia te llega a atrapar, con solo saber parte del pasado que oculta el club quedarás enganchado en los 23 capítulos que dura esta travesía. Obviamente hay que ovacionar de pie por la producción de Kyoto Animation que nos da una animación digna de una película en cada capítulo y que se mantiene firme durante todo el anime, la banda sonora también es un placer auditivo, totalmente inmersivo y que te pone en la piel de un detective. Ahora siéndoles sincero, no sé qué me espera al final de esta aventura, qué les deparará a los personajes y es porque me faltan los tres últimos capítulos pero lo que sí sé, que es algo digno de recomendar por las enseñanzas que me ha dado hasta ahora y que cualquier persona puede llegar a apreciar. Podría recomendarla encarecidamente pero creo que esta vez dependerá si a ti lector te llama lo suficientemente la atención esta obra para que le eches un vistazo.
It should be noted that this anime may not be for everyone, as some people may find it a bit slow or not be interested enough because the mysteries to be solved are nothing out of this world, but if you give it a chance, its story will surely catch you, with just knowing part of the past that the club hides you will be hooked on the 23 chapters that this journey lasts. Obviously, a standing ovation is due to the production of Kyoto Animation that gives us an animation worthy of a movie in each chapter and that remains firm throughout the anime, the soundtrack is also a pleasure to listen to, totally immersive and that puts you in the shoes of a detective. Now, to be honest with you, I don't know what to expect at the end of this adventure, what will happen to the characters and that's because I'm missing the last three chapters but what I do know is that it's something worth recommending for the lessons it has taught me so far and that anyone can appreciate. I could recommend it highly but I think this time it will depend on whether or not this work interests you enough to take a look.
