I've been reading several comics (manga, manhwa, and Webtoons) these days, but because there are quite a number of them, I didn't know what to share first, and ended up not sharing anything. XD Well, that's until tonight. I've listed them on a piece of paper, so I could keep track of them, and decided to share a BL one for now.
This one has an interesting title. The English title is Lovers, Cats, and the Killer, but the original title is this 리밋(Re:meet). They're very different, but they all make sense. Let's talk about it.

The story is about Mooyoon Soh, an officer trainee, who was recently assigned to a suburban town. In this town, the police station he's assigned to is located in front of the Fire Station. These two departments or stations often collaborate on joint rescue operations, allowing personnel from each station to work well together.

One of the firefighters, Taeyi, happened to be his neighbor. They had a bit of a misunderstanding at first, so they didn't really have a good impression of each other, but due to the series of joint rescue operations, they somehow grew closer.
In their town, a mysterious thing has happened. They noticed that a lot of stray cats and dogs have disappeared. It wasn't a big deal at first, but as Mooyoon and Taeyi tried to look into it, a bigger problem unfolded.
This investigation brought the two of them even closer together, but unfortunately, a tragic event occurred. But worry not, a miracle happened which made them Re:meet.
I initially started reading this because of the title. I got curious about it. I thought it was just your typical fun and engaging mystery BL, but it turned out that it also has a supernatural aspect to it. And that aspect somehow explained the original title. I won't say it here, though. hahaha
Story-wise, it was engaging and thrilling to read. It's simple, but not boring, so you'd actually want to keep reading it. It's a great blend of mystery, action, drama, and a tiny bit of romance. I was able to guess who the killer is easily, though... but still, it was entertaining. :)
As for the art style, it's not my favorite, but it's pretty neat. It suits the story well, and the cats and dogs are so adorable.
The series is already completed, and it only has 48 chapters in total, so it was pretty easy to read. All in all, it was good, and I wouldn't mind rereading it in the future. So if you're into cats, mystery, and a hint of romance, then you might enjoy this one, too. To be honest, I like how lowkey the romance aspect is in this story despite it being tagged as BL. It's more focused on the mystery aspect, and I wouldn't want it in any other way.
So yeah, that's it for now. Feel free to give this one a shot if you haven't already. Thanks for dropping by... see you around! (^^,)/
