Yo muy bien, muy feliz de comentarles que hace tiempo estuve viendo unos avances de un anime poco conocido, y hace poco logré verlo más que nada por aburrimiento, pero debo decir que sí me llegó a sorprender. En esta ocasión hablo del anime Deca-Dence, una serie en un mundo postapocalíptico con miles de detalles y estilos de vidas únicos. Sin más, me gustaría hablarles un poco de este anime y todo lo que el mismo me pareció

I'm very well, very happy to tell you that some time ago I was watching some previews of a little known anime, and recently I managed to watch it mostly out of boredom, but I must say that it did surprise me. This time I'm talking about the anime Deca-Dence, a series set in a post-apocalyptic world with thousands of details and unique lifestyles. Without further ado, I'd like to tell you a bit about this anime and everything I found in it.
Deca-Dence: Resumen
Aquí se nos presenta un mundo postapocalíptico donde la humanidad está al borde de la extinción por culpa de unas criaturas en específico llamadas Gadolls. Los pocos humanos que aún existen, viven en una especie de fortaleza llamada igual que el nombre de la serie, donde se dividen entre guerreros y personas sin habilidades de combate, que cumplen otros roles y tareas. Nuestra protagonista es Natsume, una chica sin muchas habilidades que sueña con ser guerrera (o Gear, como aquí le dicen), donde para conseguirlo entabla una amistad con Kaburagi, un reparador de armaduras, algo malhumorado, pero con muchas ganas de ayudar
Here we are presented with a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is on the brink of extinction due to specific creatures called Gadolls. The few humans that still exist live in a kind of fortress named after the name of the series, where they are divided between warriors and people without combat skills, who fulfil other roles and tasks. Our protagonist is Natsume, a girl without many skills who dreams of becoming a warrior (or Gear, as they call her here), and to achieve this she strikes up a friendship with Kaburagi, an armour repairer, a bit grumpy but eager to help.

This series brings us too much action, plot, different events AND some unique scenes that you can definitely only see here. The series will grab you with its mystery and its very complex characters. Obviously, this production is science fiction, but it has very interesting themes such as Artificial Intelligence, virtual reality, the nature of existence, among many other things that make this anime super interesting.

El diseño de cada uno de estos es específicamente planeado para dar un resultado visual increíble. Si le sumamos a toda esta belleza visual, la trama tan compleja que puede llegar a tener sin duda es un anime que vale la pena de ver

Mi opinión
Algo que debo mencionar y que es un punto débil (aunque no sea real) es que la premisa inicial aunque no sea del todo original por cierto detalles, tiene a sorprendente mucho a medida que va pasando el anime, lo que para algunas personas es increíble pero para otras no, ya que no se dan la oportunidad de verla por las primeras impresiones. El tema de un mundo postapocalíptico donde la humanidad lucha por sobrevivir contra monstruos gigantes, realmente no es algo que no hayamos visto, pero me encantó la manera en como aquí lo abordaron dándonos giros inesperados donde la historia cambia completamente de un episodio a otro
Something I should mention and which is a weak point (even if it is not real) is that the initial premise, although not entirely original in some details, has a surprising amount of surprise as the anime goes on, which for some people is incredible but not for others, since they don't give themselves the chance to watch it because of the first impressions. The theme of a post-apocalyptic world where humanity struggles to survive against giant monsters is not really something we haven't seen before, but I loved the way it was approached here, giving us unexpected twists where the story changes completely from one episode to another.
Debo mencionar que me encantó la de natsume, nuestra protagonista. Todo este tema de que sea una chica tan energética, optimista y que sueña con convertirse en una guerrera me encantó, ya que no lo exageraron ni lo hicieron ver demasiado apresurado, simplemente demostraron las dificultades que pueden existir para llegar a un objetivo o una meta. También me gustó que en su camino se cruzara a un personaje que desde un inicio no le dábamos toda la fe o no lo veíamos de la mejor manera, pero sin duda fue uno de los mejores personajes que tuvo esta serie, ya que la personalidad de ambos personajes contrasta bastante buen, y nos da momentos increíbles
I have to mention that I loved the one about Natsume, our main character. This whole thing about her being such an energetic, optimistic girl who dreams of becoming a warrior, I loved it because they didn't overdo it or make it look too rushed, they just showed the difficulties that can exist in reaching a goal or a target. I also liked that in her path she crossed a character that from the beginning we didn't give her all the faith or we didn't see her in the best way, but without a doubt she was one of the best characters that this series had, since the personality of both characters contrasts quite well, and gives us incredible moments.
Los escenarios muy cuidados, la animación de alta calidad y los diseños de los personajes son un punto muy a favor, ya que todos estos detalles dentro de los combates dan una vibra espectacular y hacen ver el profesionalismo que existe tras de esta serie. Al ser un tema que ya se había abordado, realmente no le tenía mucha fe a que prestar tanta atención a estos detalles, pero para mi sorpresa, lograron crear personajes profundos, con historias por detrás, sin dejarlos ser personajes vacíos y sin ningún tipo de contexto.
The well-kept scenery, high quality animation and character designs are a real plus, as all these details within the fights give a spectacular vibe and show the professionalism behind the series. Being a subject that had already been addressed, I didn't really have much faith in paying so much attention to these details, but to my surprise, they managed to create deep characters, with stories behind them, without letting them be empty characters without any kind of context.
Algo que sí nunca había visto es el tema de estos robots que se convierten en humanos a través de ciertas máquinas, pero nada más es realidad virtual y cosas así por el estilo. Esto me gustó muchísimo, muchísimo, antes de que pasara no me lo esperaba, pero la verdad es que esto le dio otro plus increíble, ya que nos hacen dudar qué personajes son o no son reales y, además de esto, nos hacen entender las acciones de los mismos.
One thing I've never seen before is these robots that become human through certain machines, but it's just virtual reality and things like that. I really, really liked this, I didn't expect it before it happened, but the truth is that this gave it another incredible plus, as they make us doubt which characters are or are not real and, in addition to this, they make us understand their actions.
Si personalmente tuviera que destacar algo de la serie sería la forma de romper con la expectativa del Espectador la historia de un giro inesperado que te obliga a replantearte todo lo que ha visto hasta el momento y esto hace que sea una serie impredecible y que te mantengan enganchado hasta el final. Obviamente, además de las cosas que comenté, hay muchísimos detalles más locos, increíbles e impresionantes, pero como estoy hablando de una opinión personal, nada más estoy tratando de tocar las cosas que para mí fueron una locura.
If I personally had to highlight one thing about the series, it would be the way it breaks with the viewer's expectations, the unexpected twist in the story that forces you to rethink everything you've seen so far and this makes it an unpredictable series that keeps you hooked until the end. Obviously, in addition to the things I mentioned, there are many, many more crazy, unbelievable and impressive details, but as I'm talking about a personal opinion, I'm just trying to touch on the things that were crazy to me.
Algo que sí puedo decir es Que si no eres muy fan de los animes películas series de Ciencia ficción esta serie capaz no sea para ti, ya que llega a abordar temas muy Fantasiosos, pero que en este tipo de mundo la verdad es que tienen muchísimos sentidos por ende los que somos fans De este género podemos apreciarlo con gran detalle gracias al trabajo muy profesional que hay por detrás. Además de darnos muchísima ciencia ficción, los misterios de cada personaje y los complejos que llegan a ser te hacen reflexionar muchísimo y llevarte a un nivel más arriba con lo que respecta a esta serie
One thing I can say is that if you are not a big fan of anime movies and sci-fi series, this series may not be for you, as it deals with some very fantastic themes, but in this type of world the truth is that they have a lot of senses, so those of us who are fans of this genre can appreciate it in great detail thanks to the very professional work that is behind it. In addition to giving us a lot of science fiction, the mysteries of each character and the complexes they become make you reflect a lot and take you to a higher level with regard to this series.
Sin duda, este anime me ha dejado con una impresión muy positiva, aunque no le tenía demasiada fe, ya que, como les comenté, lo que había visto él mismo no era especialmente sorprendente, pero, por eso mismo, siempre se dice que no hay que juzgar ningún libro por su portada. La serie es muy original, entretenida y en ciertos momentos te invita a reflexionar o a pensar sobre ciertas cosas. El final fue increíble y la verdad es que me gustaría que si piensas en ver esta serie tuvieras esa primera impresión por tú mismo, sin spoilearte
Without a doubt, this anime has left me with a very positive impression, although I didn't have much faith in it, since, as I told you, what I had seen itself wasn't particularly surprising, but, for that very reason, it is always said that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The series is very original, entertaining and at certain moments it invites you to reflect or think about certain things. The ending was amazing and I really wish that if you are thinking of watching this series you could get that first impression for yourself, without spoilers.
