This one hit me right in the “awww” spot 🥹. It’s giving “we’ve been friends forever, but maybe there’s something more” energy—and honestly, it’s so refreshing.
It explores that fine line between friendship and something deeper, but with humor, emotion, and all those small, quiet moments that feel way too real. It’s not rushed, and the characters actually talk like normal people (yes please).
Basically, if you’ve ever side-eyed your bestie like “why do I suddenly notice your eyelashes?”—this one’s calling your name. If you know Youtuber's Nidal and Salish it's sort of like that. Like, you could totally feel the feelings on behalf of both of em. The way she clings to him, sit on his lap like that's normal likeeee, this anime gave me feels and i'd totally recommend to all of you die-hard romanticsss. this really is a perfect 10000\10. Like brooo you can't play
- A Girl and Her Guard Dog
Ouuu this one is dramatic in the best way. Imagine a girl with a wild past trying to start over in high school… and her very overprotective (and very fine) bodyguard pretending to be a student to watch over her.
It’s romantic, intense, and full of “don’t fall for me” energy—which, let’s be honest, only makes it better 😌. The guy is giving cold-and-serious but soft-for-her vibes, and she’s just trying to live normally without all the drama.
If you love protective love interests, forbidden-ish dynamics, and a touch of danger? Yeah, this is your go-to.
