I tell you that I'm still designing characters for the Ocs section in my commissions portfolio, so today I briefly share with you the process of drawing and designing this new Oc, a cute girl named Rezi. ¡Hola a todos, bonita comunidad de Hive y por supuesto de esta maravillosa comunidad que es #AlienArtHive! 🌸 Os deseo a todos un maravilloso comienzo de fin de semana. Les cuento que sigo diseñando personajes para la sección de Ocs en mi portafolio de encargos, así que hoy les comparto brevemente el proceso de dibujo y diseño de esta nueva Oc, una linda chica llamada Rezi. As I already mentioned, what I more or less wanted to do was an image of this style, it has several drawings of the character and all his personal information, tastes, among others, they are called “Character Cards” so it is the structure I always take to make my Ocs! 🍒💗
Como ya comenté, lo que más o menos quería hacer era una imagen de este estilo, tiene varios dibujos del personaje y toda su información personal, gustos, entre otros, se llaman «Fichas de personaje» así que es la estructura que siempre tomo para hacer mis Ocs! 🍒💗
And these are the references I used for this cute girl! ♡ I always draw three character sketches on my Ocs' character sheets. One full body, one in half body and one just the face, so I focused on choosing the reference images that I thought were the most suitable 📸🌸.
¡Y estas son las referencias que utilicé para esta chica tan mona! ♡ Siempre dibujo tres bocetos de personaje en las hojas de personaje de mis Ocs. Uno de cuerpo entero, otro de medio cuerpo y otro solo la cara, así que me centré en elegir las imágenes de referencia que me parecieron más adecuadas 📸🌸.

Let's get started! ♡ As I always like to mention, the program I use to make all my drawings is Clip Studio Paint which I highly recommend, and my equipment is a graphic tablet model S620 💗 The first thing I did was clearly the sketch, not too perfect and in a highlight color to avoid confusion. It was a bit complicated to make the whole body sketch, but I always manage to manage 😅🌸.
Vamos a empezar! ♡ Como siempre me gusta mencionar, el programa que uso para hacer todos mis dibujos es Clip Studio Paint el cual recomiendo ampliamente, y mi equipo es una tableta gráfica modelo S620 💗 Lo primero que hice fue claramente el boceto, no muy perfecto y en un color de realce para evitar confusiones. Fue un poco complicado hacer el boceto de todo el cuerpo, pero siempre me las ingenio 😅🌸.
When I was satisfied with the sketch, I went on to make the Lineart! 🍒♡ Here I added all the details that give life to the character. I added the girl's hair, her expression and her clothes, I really liked her expressions, I feel she has a lot of personality. Also, I made another Lineart on top since the first one I made was a little dirty in the clothes part so I made a new one to clean the drawing, with that I had finished the Lineart! (●‘◡’●)💗.
Cuando estuve satisfecha con el boceto, ¡pasé a hacer el Lineart! Aquí añadí todos los detalles que dan vida al personaje. Añadí el pelo de la chica, su expresión y su ropa, me gustaron mucho sus expresiones, siento que tiene mucha personalidad. Además, hice otro Lineart encima ya que el primero que hice estaba un poco sucio en la parte de la ropa así que hice uno nuevo para limpiar el dibujo, ¡con eso había terminado el Lineart! (●‘◡’●)💗.
Once I had the Lineart ready, I started adding the base colors ✨🧁 Before that I painted the three Rezi drawings a gray color to prevent the colors I applied later from going outside that border. I absolutely loved the colors, especially the hair, I feel like the color matches the hairstyle perfectly and makes her look so much more alive. I always add these colors in separate layers for Skin, Hair and clothes 🥰♡....
Una vez tuve el Lineart listo, empecé a añadir los colores base ✨🧁 Antes pinté los tres dibujos de Rezi de un color gris para evitar que los colores que aplicara después se salieran de ese borde. Me encantaron absolutamente los colores, especialmente el pelo, siento que el color combina perfectamente con el peinado y la hace parecer mucho más viva. Siempre añado estos colores en capas separadas para la piel, el pelo y la ropa 🥰♡....
Once the Lineart was ready, I started with my favorite part which is rendering! 🔮🌸 I always start with the skin first, I applied light blushes and shadows where applicable, as well as coloring the eyes, lips (I LOVED HOW THEY TURNED OUT😭✨ ) and so on. Then I render the hair, adding little spots that I then blur to give it a very nice texture, I add strong shadows and then some highlights, I really love how I'm rendering the hair lately, it looks very nice and with a lot of texture 💗And finally, I do the coloring of the clothes, although here for being the drawing only of Rezi's little face you can't see much, I just add some shadows and this time, I wanted to add that texture for a nice fours shirt. With that was completely rendered the first drawing! 🎨 (❁'◡`❁)
¡Una vez que el Lineart estuvo listo, comencé con mi parte favorita que es el render! 🔮🌸 Siempre empiezo con la piel primero, aplico rubores leves y sombras donde corresponda, así como coloreo los ojos, labios (ME ENCANTÓ COMO QUEDARON 😭✨ ) y demás. Luego renderizo el pelo, añadiendo manchitas que luego difumino para darle una textura muy bonita, añado sombras fuertes y luego algunas luces, la verdad es que me encanta como estoy renderizando el pelo últimamente, queda muy bonito y con mucha textura 💗Y por último, hago el coloreado de la ropa, aunque aquí por ser el dibujo solo de la carita de Rezi no se ve mucho, solo añado algunas sombras y esta vez, quería añadir esa textura para que quedara una bonita camisa de cuatros. ¡Con eso quedó completamente renderizado el primer dibujo! 🎨 (❁'◡`❁)
Then on to rendering of the second drawing! 💗✨🧁 I follow exactly the same process I explained with the first one, first the skin, then the hair and finally the clothes. Here I loved how the plaid shirt looks and the pose and expression she has, I feel that this was used a lot to give much more personality to the character, something that I honestly like a lot and it's very funny ♡.
¡Pues a renderizar el segundo dibujo! 💗✨🧁 Sigo exactamente el mismo proceso que expliqué con el primero, primero la piel, luego el pelo y por último la ropa. Aquí me encantó como le queda la camisa de cuadros y la pose y expresión que tiene, siento que esto se aprovechó mucho para darle mucha más personalidad al personaje, algo que sinceramente me gusta mucho y es muy divertido ♡.
And finally, rendering the full body drawing! 🍒💗I have to honestly say that when I was doing the Lineart I didn't like how it was turning out, but after relaxing I did manage to make this specific drawing as I wanted, and even better! That's why it's important to relax a bit 😶🌫️. I loved how it turned out, I really like her style of clothing, I feel it looks great on her! I also loved the plaid shirt, the hair, the colors, the pose and the expression ✨🌸.
¡Y por último, renderizando el dibujo de cuerpo entero! 🍒💗Tengo que decir sinceramente que cuando estaba haciendo el Lineart no me gustaba como estaba quedando, pero después de relajarme conseguí hacer este dibujo en concreto como quería, ¡e incluso mejor! Por eso es importante relajarse un poco 😶🌫️. Me encantó cómo quedó, me gusta mucho su estilo de ropa, ¡siento que le queda genial! También me encantó la camisa a cuadros, el pelo, los colores, la pose y la expresión ✨🌸.
Then, I had all the rendered drawings ready, so I went on to design and decorate as such the information sheet of this cute girl! 🍒💗🌸 I added her name, her personal data, like her birth date, MBTI, etc., and also some things about her like: Her hair color is natural but nobody believes her, she likes to play tennis in her free time, she doesn't like makeup, only lip gloss, sometimes she's in a bad mood, her favorite food is Lasagna and she's a fan of My Melody. It really is a lot of fun to create and think of these traits and characteristics to bring the characters to life 🎾♡.
¡Luego, ya tenía todos los dibujos renderizados listos, así que pasé a diseñar y decorar como tal la ficha informativa de esta chica tan linda! 🍒💗🌸 Añadí su nombre, sus datos personales, como su fecha de nacimiento, MBTI, etc., y también algunas cosas sobre ella como: Su color de pelo es natural pero nadie le cree, le gusta jugar tenis en su tiempo libre, no le gusta el maquillaje, solo el lip gloss, a veces está de mal humor, su comida favorita es la Lasaña y es fan de My Melody. Realmente es muy divertido crear y pensar en estos rasgos y características para dar vida a los personajes 🎾♡.
