The cracks

Hola comunidad, hoy tenia ganas de realizar un retrato, pensé en esta idea donde quería una piel brillante y una grieta que divide el rostro, agregando profundidad y volúmenes para mas realismo, poner esta especie de glitter en el rostro fue algo de ultimo momento pues me gustaba la idea porque me encanta llenar de brillos el rostro, la verdad no se si fue la mejor decisión pero el arte es libre y hay que experimentar, fue sencillo realizar este retrato pues lo hice bastante rápido al momento de pintar, espero que les guste.

Hello community, today I wanted to make a portrait, I thought of this idea where I wanted a shiny skin and a crack that divides the face, adding depth and volumes for more realism, put this kind of glitter on the face was something last minute because I liked the idea because I love to fill the face with glitter, the truth is not if it was the best decision but art is free and you have to experiment, it was easy to make this portrait because I did it pretty fast when painting, I hope you like.

Realice mi boceto y comencé a pintar, dándole primer color al fondo para esta ocasión elegí dos colores que odio combinar pero que en el resultado final no se notaria tanto esta combinación de amarillo con rosa desaturado, empecé a rellenar el rostro con tonos piel incluyendo tonos marrones para marcar la grieta, en una nueva capa añadí mas colores para darle forma al rostro y luego comencé a mezclarlos hasta conseguir la textura que mas me gustase.

I made my sketch and began to paint, giving first color to the background for this occasion I chose two colors that I hate to combine but that in the final result would not be noticed so much this combination of yellow with desaturated pink, I began to fill the face with skin tones including brown tones to mark the crack, in a new layer I added more colors to shape the face and then I began to mix them until I got the texture that I liked the most.

Pinte el cabello y agregue mas detalles a la grieta dándole profundidad y volumen con tonos claros y oscuros, decidí pintar el ojo izquierdo de blanco, comencé a pintar iluminaciones dándole mas vida al rostro y algunos reflejos de luz al cabello. Para este punto decidí pintar pequeños puntos de luz que parecen glitter en todo el rostro, utilice colores muy saturados para esto, finalmente aplique un ajuste de color a la imagen dándole asi un poco mas de oscuridad.

I painted the hair and added more details to the crack giving it depth and volume with light and dark tones, I decided to paint the left eye white, I started painting highlights giving more life to the face and some light reflections to the hair.
For this point I decided to paint small points of light that look like glitter all over the face, I used very saturated colors for this, finally I applied a color adjustment to the image giving it a little more darkness.
