Here’s my drawing for the Splinterlands Art Contest. This time I chose to draw “Naga Assassin”.
I always like to draw the character’s expression the same as it is in the card but present it in another way but it doesn’t always turn out how I want it to be. Her face is as if she’s there to kill somebody so I’ve been struggling with how to give her a new look then I thought of giving her a mad and crazy face as she’s looking at herself in the mirror.
To make it look scarier I decided to draw the mirror broken. And after drawing some blood on the mirror I think it just gave off the vibe of a killer.
Drawing the cracked mirror was somehow challenging and I’m kind of glad how it turned out because I’ve never drawn something like this before.

Used a white pen for the highlights in her eyes and used paper cutter for the highlights in her hair.
