Here’s my drawing for the Splinterlands Art Contest. This time I decided to draw “Time Mage”.
It’s been a long time since I haven drawn portraits. These past weeks I tried different styles including hands or drawing figures. But I missed drawing portraits and I had a really fun time drawing this character.
Everything from the start to the end went as I wanted. Maybe it’s her hair that could be better but I’m also happy with it because it just turned more realistic compared to my other entries.
I always tend to color the eyes first but this time I colored it at the end because I thought it was the important feature and I wanted it to stand out more than the other features.

Used a white pen for highlights on her lips and used paper cutter for the highlights in her hair.
