I always mention that art is a way of expressing ourselves, for artists, a way of saying things but also of unloading problems. If we can't talk, if we can't say things in words or we need to make things clear, that's what art is for.
Through today's design, in which I used a lot of colour, because I need that colour and when I show it outside it will be inside too, I represent myself in blue, serenity, intelligence and tranquillity. I think that in the work I wanted to express qualities that I am using in certain situations that I have to face.
My head is spinning like Saturn's rings, or at least it was until a few days ago, and I was trying to put together a jigsaw puzzle, find the pieces and put each one in its place. That takes time, patience, and a lot of thinking. I think I see myself reflected there as a kind of catharsis. I'm finding the pieces little by little and solving many things.
Closing the eyes is how the soul connects with the universe, it moves away from the world of the senses and enters the true plane, the inner one. That's where the solutions are. And for them to materialise I must first create those solutions in the world of ideas, so I close my eyes visualising the pieces.
Design process
The design is made with seven images and layered in Photoshop without using AI.
For the background I chose an image of the universe but with Saturn in the background. On it I placed the image of the planet with many colours, I enlarged it to the width and arranged it in two layers with fusions of darker colour and focal light.
On top of that I placed the image of the waves in two layers and changed the tone of the colours in the image, adjustments, tone and saturation. The fusion I used is a lighter colour.
Then I worked on the image of the woman's face in three layers, previously erasing the background. Used blending used lighter colour, soft light and normal light. In this last layer I also erased part of the face.
Afterwards I put on the woman's face the image of the black and white pieces with the split blending. And on this the image of the planet Saturn placing it on the head of the woman, in two layers with fusions of lighter colour and soft light.
Finally, between the previous layers I placed the loose pieces of the puzzle, selecting each one, copying and pasting them in different layers until I obtained the five. I arranged them in different positions and scales and two of them I placed them under the woman's face with normal fusion to make it look as if they were merged with it. The layer blends used are lighter colour and strong light.
The animation is done completely in After Effects, working on the opacity of each layer and adding lights in the form of clouds for better contrast.

Siempre menciono que el arte es una forma de expresarnos, para los artistas, una forma de decir cosas, pero también de descargar problemas. Si no se puede hablar, decir las cosas con palabras o necesitamos poner cosas en claro, para eso está el arte.
Mediante el diseño de hoy, en el cual usé mucho color, porque necesito ese color y cuando lo manifiesto afuera será adentro también, me represento de color azul, serenidad, inteligencia y tranquilidad. Creo que en la obra quise plasmar cualidades que estoy utilizando ante determinadas situaciones que debo enfrentar.
Mi cabeza da vueltas como los anillos de Saturno, o al menos así era hasta hace unos días y buscaba armar un rompecabezas, encontrar las piezas y colocarlas cada una en su lugar. Eso lleva tiempo, paciencia, y pensar mucho. Creo que me veo reflejada ahí como haciendo una especie de catarsis. Voy hallando las piezas poco a poco y solucionando muchas cosas.
Cerrando los ojos es como el alma conecta con el universo, se aleja del mundo de los sentidos y entra al verdadero plano, el interno. Allí están las soluciones. Y para que se materialicen debo crear esas soluciones primero en el mundo de las ideas, por eso cierro mis ojos visualizando las piezas.
Proceso del diseño
El diseño está realizado con siete imágenes y en capas dentro del programa Photoshop sin usar IA.
Para el fondo elegí una imagen del universo, pero donde estuviera Saturno de fondo. Sobre ella coloqué la imagen del planeta con muchos colores, la agrandé a lo ancho y la dispuse en dos capas con fusiones de color más oscuro y luz focal.
Sobre lo anterior puse la imagen de las ondas en dos capas y a una le cambié el tono de los colores en imagen, ajustes, tono y saturación. La fusión que usé es color más claro.
Luego trabajé la imagen del rostro de la mujer en tres capas, borrando previamente el fondo. Fusiones usadas color más claro, luz suave y normal. En esta última capa borré además parte del rostro.
Posteriormente puse sobre el rostro de la mujer la imagen de las piezas blanco y negro con la fusión de dividir. Y sobre esta la imagen del planeta Saturno situándola en la cabeza de la mujer, en dos capas con fusiones de color más claro y luz suave.
Finalmente, entre las capas anteriores fui colocando las piezas sueltas de rompecabezas, seleccionando cada una, copiando y pegando en diferentes capas hasta obtener las cinco. las dispuse en distintas posiciones y escalas y dos de ellas las coloqué debajo del rostro de la mujer con fusión normal para aparentar que se fusionan con esta. Las fusiones de capas usadas son color más claro y luz fuerte.
La animación está realizada completamente en After Effects, trabajando la opacidad de cada capa y agregando luces en forma de nubes para un mejor contraste.
