I laughed once at the term "resting bitch face" when I first heard it. After that I swore to solemnly hate it deep down into the ground and beyond, where it could burn in Satan's fiery inferno. But hate doesn't work. I decided to own the term instead.
This is the silly censored version of a piece I created while waiting in purgatory for a diagnostic mammogram, which, thank the cool twinkly misty heavens, turned out to be negative for cancer.
The uncensored version, just below, I created on an iPad using Procreate and a variety of different brushes. I don't remember which brushes. The whole digital art thing is new to me. I prefer painting with stinky messy acrylics on salvaged pallet boards, but it's been a while since I've had the time to set up the easel and bust out the paint pants and dedicate hours on end to squinching up my right shoulder until it screams for mercy. But if we go into another lockdown here in a minute, maybe I'll be able to find that time. Meanwhile, it is nice not to have a huge setup and breakdown process when I just want to make something pretty.

Thanks so much for looking! I really mean that.
