A Little Poem for the Sky Weavers:
Sometimes, ideas just hit you, and for this one, I even felt like putting it into a short poem. Hope you like it:
The sky weavers we are,
An embodiment of dreams.
We paint the sky in our dreams,
Sparking a new light in people's mind.
In the sky we dwell,
A place where our dreams fulfill.
We travel the world in sparks,
Giving light to the day sky.
Our thoughts are one but our numbers are many,
We travel around the stormy seas to the golden desert.
We are of a feather and we move as one.
Behind the Art: My Creative Process
This piece actually started as a simple painting in Sketchbook. Funny enough, I didn't grab many progress pics there, but that's where the initial cloudy, stormy vibes came from. After that, I took it into PicsArt for some tweaks and minor adjustments. The final touches, especially getting that perfect contrast and animation for the lightning effect, were done in GIFMaker.
As for why I made it? It was purely my imagination at work during a rainy day. I remember actually just wishing for some sun that day, haha! The idea of the birds came a bit later, as an "afterthought," when I decided to turn it into an NFT. They just seemed to fit perfectly with the concept of weaving through the sky and carrying light.
It's been a fun process bringing this vision to life, and I'm really happy with how these "Sky Weavers" turned out.
