Here’s another portrait I did from a picture. This one is of my daughter. I was just doing random sketches in my sketchbook, that’s why there is an eye on top of her head! I liked the sketch enough that I went back and colored it in with oil pastels. I think she looks like a Disney Princess. Maybe another career option?
Ha, who am I kidding? The eyes are off. Her neck is too thick. It does bear a slight resemblance to her. I will say that much. That eye above her head isn't half bad...
I really ought to sketch more. Maybe get the eyes right. At least in proportion.
