I really like to draw out octopus tentacles
And mutate the colors in apps. I love turning the photo to black and popping the outline with neon colors making it look like it glows. There is just something about playing with contrast that is addicting to me. Making something change into a glowing in the dark piece of work is just addictive.
I am a girl and love shiny… stereotypical of me I know.
I really want to paint a palm tree scene with acrylic glow in the dark paint. This is years in thought -plan -for the future.. The hold up? All my stuff was packed and moved to Arizona during Covid however I never did move but all my stuff did for 3 years. It finally came back and I’m sure all my paints are ruined. Haha. Oi. Now I have to get unpacked and reorganized and be okay with not moving to the lovely warm weathered Arizona and staying in the fricken ass cold Minnesota. So today, I wore flip flops because it appeared sunny in my house and warm by the fireplace and my car died on my way out and about, it started to snow, it was cold and my cars heat was also not working, waiting for my car to get fixed, freezing my feet in snowy Minnesota…. I decided to work on my Octopus art. Ha.
So here it is. Teeth chattering aside, here is the messy Octopus.
Procreate and it’s many brush options and clip to comic app. Digital brushes are amazeballs.
