So, without wasting time let's move towards the procedure.
First I am sharing the final look of the character.
The materials I used to make this digital fanart is ibispaint x software and mobile phone.
Procedure:
First, I started by outlining the face and hair of the character. Then, I drew its eyes, nose, eyebrows and lips. Then, I moved downwards and drew the outline of upper part of the outfit and then, I drew its arms. After that, I drew the outline of its remaining outfit and added details to it. And then, I drew the stick in its hand.
Then, I started to outline the lion standing to the side of the girl. First, I drew the outline of its mouth and body. Then, I made its eyes, nose, and its open mouth. Then, I drew the remaining outline and made its legs. Lastly I made small circles on its body. In this way, I completed the the outline of the character.
After completing the outline of the character, I started coloring. First, I colored the skin of the character. Then, I colored it eyes, eyebrows and lips. After that, I colored the hair of the character. Then, I colored the outfit. Then, I colored its stick. After that, I colored the lion. First I colored its mouth and then, its skin. After that, I colored its details.
Then, I added some shades in the character.
Lastly, I selected the background of the character.
