Have you listened about Medusa's story before? I have got to know about her story through the Indian drama Serial "Nagin". I'm not sure if the story was true or just a human creation but i was really inspired by the character of Medusa and her power of turning anyone into stone.

By getting inspired by her character i have decided to choose Medusa's card from Splinterland's website for this weeks art contest.

I'm not a perfect artist but i have tried my best for making this fanart.

The Procedure

1st step

I have made the head of the medusa and her snakes that are looking scary on her hairs.

Then i have made her middle body, like arms and chest area.

After that i have made her tail and finished the final outlining of the character.

Step 2

I have started coloring the character. And first i have filled colors to the face and made the details.

After that i have filled color to the snakes on the head of the medusa.

Then i have filled color to her body. And also on her accessories.

And lastly i have filled color to her tail as the same colors of the original character.

And then i have made the background on the back of the character. Final result is here👇
