Tattooed

Generally playing around with effects and color. I “twirled” a photo to extract the colors, the hues were neon, which was quite surprising. I use the pallet as a background and diffused it. I added various inserts, my drawings (flowers and feather) and added noise and wind. The result is elfin, but the all seeing “eyes” turned her alien, well I thought so anyway.

I also played with several filters to see what I’d get out - loom, antique and hot autumn.
