Magic Owls 🦉🪄

Since I was a little girl, I have always had a fixation with owls. Maybe because they appeared on the cover of my school notebooks! Some book I read? I don't know how it started... But I have always found them to be incredibly beautiful animals. They look tender and fierce at the same time.
Many cultures considered them sacred. For example, in Ancient Greece, this bird accompanied the Goddess Athena and was the guardian of Athens, however in others, its appearance or its song was seen as a bad omen, as it was related to the upcoming death of someone known or familiar.
So interesting is this little animal that does not go unnoticed at all.
A curious fact about this species of birds is that they can turn their head 270 degrees around the trunk and about 90 degrees up and down and that looks like their little ears, because they are not! ... and it is an aspect that differentiates them from owls.
Recently and with a friend I used it as a theme for the creation of a trio of NFT cards on trading and here you can find the publication, as it is still for sale.
On this occasion, I was testing the AI image generator, DALL-E and the prompt I used was :

Associating the owl with magic is almost natural from all the symbolism involved, so I recreated this to make this little gang of friends, wizards, and warriors.

For these images I imagined a small village in which its inhabitants are owls, mostly wizards, others besides magic possess skills such as stealth, strength, so they act as protectors of the small village.

Desde pequeña siempre he tenido alguna fijación con los búhos. Quizás porque aparecía en la portada de las libretas de la escuela?! Algún libro que leí? No sé cómo comenzó... Pero siempre me han parecido animales increíblemente bellos. Lucen tiernos y fieros al mismo tiempo.
Muchas culturas los consideraban sagrados. Como por ejemplo, en la antigua Grecia, esta ave acompañaba a la Diosa Atenea y era la guardiana de Atenas, sin embargo en otras, su aparición o su canto, era visto como como de mal agüero, pues se relacionaba con la próxima muerte de alguien conocido o familiar.
Así de interesante es este animalito que no pasa para nada desapercibido.
Un dato curioso sobre esta especie de aves es que pueden girar su cabeza 270 grados alrededor del tronco y unos 90 grados hacia arriba y abajo y eso que parecen sus orejitas, pues no lo son!! ...y es un aspecto que los diferencia de las lechuzas.
Recientemente y con una amiga lo empleé como tema para la creación de un trío de cartas NFT sobre trading y acá puedes encontrar la publicación , pues aun está a ;la venta.
En esta ocasión, estuve probando el generador de imágenes mediante IA , DALL-E y el prompt que emplee fue :

Asociar al búho con la magia es casi natural a partir de todo el simbolismo que implica, así que me recreé en esto para hacer esta pequeña pandilla de amigos, magos y guerreros.
Para estas imágenes imaginé un pequeño pueblo en el cual sus habitantes son búhos, en su mayoría magos, otros además de la magia poseen habilidades como el sigilo, la fuerza, así que hacen de protectores de la pequeña aldea.
