Parody Of Sorts In Crypto We Trust - Or Not | A Mixed Media Art Project for Cosmic Creations Theme - CRYPTO

After submitting my entry for the March Cosmic Creations Contest with theme: "CRYPTO", I decided to have a bit of fun with this new theme. I developed an assortment of mixed media art projects meant to poke fun at crypto.

I share with you several of my projects in which I blended stable diffusion, pure fractals, and a host of other mixed media art.

'Oprah's Famous Generosity"

"And you get crypto, and you, and you..."

Remember those years of the Oprah Show? It was fun to watch her handing out free gifts that she called her favorites. My favorite episode was one in which she gifted everyone in her audience the then new Microsoft Surface laptop. Here's my version of Oprah introducing crypto to her audience and giving each person one Bitcoin. That would have been expensive today, but we have to remember the era this happened.

STOP STRADDLING THE FENCE!

Have you heard of those individuals who say, "maybe tomorrow I'll look into it" just to shut you up about the wonders of crypto. Deep down, they eye the currency field from afar, with the fresh greener look on the other side? "Well, if you think so, then grow some COINS or TOKENS, either one," Madelyn urges. "But For God's sake, hop down off that fence and sample what I have to offer, she coos. *"I guarantee you won't look back!

Becoming a bit frustrated, Madelyn yells, "Just Do It!"

I BELIEVED CRYPTO GREW ON TREES

"FIAT! I've wronged you. I know that now. I spent all my savings on crypto. Now it's worthless. I beg you, Please, Please, allow me to return home. I've lost everything...even the clothes off my back," Cecelia moaned. She wandered the land hoping to recapture her past life.

One day, she happened upon her ex-husband. Disgusted, he spat on her. "I told you so, but you wouldn't listen. Where will go, what will you do now? You already ruined my life. You will be shunned forever."

Cecelia had no retort. Ashamed, she kept on, hoping one day to redeem her coins.

"A FAMILY DIVIDED"

Tamarin and Avarin could be heard daily arguing over the merits of crypto. "Do your research!" Avarin screamed.

"Just because we're twins doesn't mean we have the same equal brain capacity. You've been cursed. This decentralized world you call crypto is a cult. Can't you recognize it" Tamarin countered. "And I'll never fall victim to its deceit! Never!"

"Voyage to The Bermuda Crypto Triangle"

In the deep, dark recesses of the Atlantic where all is hidden lies the mining camps. Networks of wires harness power for the evil water lords in the Bermuda Crypto Triangle. Their mission: to bring the world cryptocurrency. Only accessible by a few, the inner workings remain anonymous. The hexadecimal number of the hashtag algorithm is completely false. This fake news spread like wildfire. Why? Because there was no other explanation. And the world wanted to believe.

DAILY PLANET REPORTING

"This is Jamaly Olstadt reporting Live. We've just caught a Superman sighting! His new venture, Crypto. Initial reports were that years later after his birth, Superman, returned to his home planet. Thought destroyed by the asteroid, he discovered fragments floating in space. The encrypted data contained in his home planet survived. Unselfish as his superhero is, he wanted to share this information with Earth. We'll be forever grateful for this Man of Steel."
