¡Hola a todos en la comunidad de hive blog! Ayer vi publicada la noticia de la muerte de Akira Toriyama, un icono universal que marcó mucho la infancia de varias generaciones, creador de "Dragon Ball" y este personaje que también representa la inagotable persistencia en lograr las cosas que te propones. Quise hacer un tributo al autor dibujando a "Goku" el heredero Sayajin que a pesar de la trágica historia de su linaje ¡nunca se dio por vencido a la hora de salvar al mundo!

Hello everyone in the hive blog community! Yesterday I saw the news of the death of Akira Toriyama published, a universal icon that greatly marked the childhood of several generations, creator of "Dragon Ball" and this character who also represents inexhaustible persistence in achieving the things you set your mind to. I wanted to pay tribute to the author by drawing "Goku", the Sayajin heir who, despite the tragic history of his lineage, never gave up when it came to saving the world!
PROCESO / PROCESS
Siempre, cuando comienzo a realizar una ilustración busco imágenes de referencia para ver las cualidades visuales del personaje. ¡Y bueno! encontré en Pinterest estas imágenes. Mis maneras de dibujar son muy contrastantes con este estilo Japonés, por eso la referencia me ha servido de mucho.
Always, when I start making an illustration I look for reference images to see the visual qualities of the character. And well! I found these images on Pinterest. My ways of drawing are very contrasting with this Japanese style, so the reference has been very useful to me.
1- Lo primero que hice fue un esquema muy rápido del personaje.
2- Dibuje la silueta con una base gris y comencé a agregar color en la figura, desde que comencé a realizarlo ya visualizaba que predominaría el color naranja por que es el color de su traje principal.
3- Posteriormente comencé a trabajar en las sombras, la limpieza del color y mejorar las proporciones del rostro, lo requerirán, por haber realizado un esquema muy rápido.
4- Comencé a trabajar la atmosfera naranja, eso le dio un toque de calidez vibrante a la imagen.
5- Agregue texturas en el fondo, y el ultimo paso que realicé fue limpiar el color de la piel y mejorar el contraste en el cabello y el traje.
¡Bueno! así me a quedado la ilustración. ¿Qué les parece?
1- The first thing I did was a very quick outline of the character.
2- I drew the silhouette with a gray base and began to add color to the figure. Since I began to do it, I already visualized that the orange color would predominate because it is the color of his main suit.
3- Later I began to work on the shadows, cleaning the color and improving the proportions of the face, it was necessary, since I made a very quick sketch.
4- I started working on the orange atmosphere, that have a touch of vibrant warmth to the image.
5- I added textures in the background, and the last step I did was clean up the skin color and improve the contrast in the hair and the suit.
