Es el turno de la 5ta edición en la serie "infección", esta vez es "Metamorfosis", la etapa en donde la infección se vuelve mas compleja y transforma al huésped. Aquí represento los cambios físicos y la fusión entre el patógeno y la células del anfitrión.
Este es un pixel hecho en 256 x 256 usando la paleta de colores standard y añadiendo algunos personalizados.
Este arte se encuentra en mi galería de Nft Showroom y fue hecho usando Aseprite .
Esta serie de dibujos esta inspirada en el dolor que siento por una grave infección que tengo en mi pierna izquierda, y debido a mi diabetes, lleva mas de 8 semanas sin curarse.
A través de mi arte pretendo expresarlo.

It's the turn of the 5th edition in the "infection" series, this time it is "Metamorphosis", the stage where the infection becomes more complex and transforms the host. Here I represent the physical changes and fusion between the pathogen and the host cells.
This is a pixel made at 256 x 256 using the standard color palette and adding some custom ones.
This art is in my gallery at Nft Showroom and was made using Aseprite.
This series of drawings is inspired by the pain I feel from a serious infection I have in my left leg, and due to my diabetes, it has not been cured for more than 8 weeks.
Through my art I intend to express it.

En este arte comienzo de una forma diferente, mi plan es hacerlo por capaz y lo primero que hago es la primera capa con un rojo #ee333c que es suavizado. Hago los trazos usando un pincel con grosor de 3 y alpha compositing.
Las próximas capas serán trabajadas de formas independientes, espero así obtener el resultado que quiero.
In this art I start in a different way, my plan is to do it by hand and the first thing I do is the first layer with a red #ee333c that is softened. I make the strokes using a brush with a thickness of 3 and alpha compositing.
The next layers will be worked in independent ways, I hope to obtain the result I want.
Hago trazos en tonos rojos mas oscuros y también unas iluminaciones en color blanco, por ahora mi idea va tomando forma, aunque se que ustedes que miran este arte no le encuentran sentido. Ya verán en la próxima etapa como todo cobra forma al agregarle el fondo.
I make strokes in darker red tones and also some highlights in white, for now my idea is taking shape, although I know that you who look at this art don't make sense of it. You will see in the next stage how everything takes shape when you add the background.
Añado el fondo de color negro, y comienzo a trabajar con los distintos tonos de rojos, en las capas anteriores sobreponiendo en modo spray distintas opacidades y creando efectos para darle volumen a la metamorfosis. Los rojos son para imbuirle el color de sangre, de vida, de empezar a darle un mayor aspecto de criatura, de ser vivo.
I add the black background, and begin to work with the different shades of red, in the previous layers overlaying different opacities in spray mode and creating effects to give volume to the metamorphosis. The reds are to imbue it with the color of blood, of life, to begin to give it a greater appearance of a creature, of a living being.
En una capa aparte le pongo los brazos a la metamorfosis, y en distintas capas con spray hago los retoques que corresponden. Los brazos los ajusto con una pequeña opacidad para crear un efecto de volumen.
Añado el fondo en patron de bayer mayer, y mi firma con un filtro de soft ligh en 59.
Ya la metamorfosis esta lista, la infección esta mas viva que nunca, y muy fuerte.
In a separate layer I put the arms to the metamorphosis, and in different layers with spray I make the corresponding touch-ups. I adjust the arms with a small opacity to create a volume effect.
I add the background in a Bayer Mayer pattern, and my signature with a soft light filter at 59.
The metamorphosis is now ready, the infection is more alive than ever, and very strong.
Este arte despertó mi creatividad y me permitió representar el desafío de como esto es un ser vivo, una criatura que esta evolucionando. A nivel artistico el reto resulto hacer que esta bacteria pareciese fuerte, como un atleta. Quede conforme con el resultado, porque parece un levantador de pesas.

This art awakened my creativity and allowed me to represent the challenge of how this is a living being, a creature that is evolving. On an artistic level, the challenge was to make this bacteria look strong, like an athlete. I was satisfied with the result, because it looks like a weightlifter.
