Fierce Werewolf - Digital Drawing

Here is my new digital drawing. It's a sketch of a hairy fierce looking werewolf with its mouth wide open. Something must have provoked it and it looks readily to attack.

I did this piece with AutoDesk sketchbook application using scribble patterns. You can see my development processes below :
