There are three alphabets in Japan: Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji. Each has 55, 55 and 10K letters (luckily only 3K among 10K are used daily). The monsters have the same name as they are read. For example, this is an "a" (ɑ) monster.

Monster factory is a project of me () and my small daughter who has tons of monster friends.
