Hey everyone, how are y'all doing?
So, I'm super stoked to show you my latest fanart piece! I'm thrilled to be participating in this week's contest inspired by the game cards. For my piece, I chose TARSA. There's just something about her that screams power and determination. You know the type - the one who always fights for what's right and has her loved ones' backs. And while she may come across as a bit of a troublemaker, I believe deep down she's fiercely loyal and supportive.

Plus, I like to think most of the trouble she causes was just her trying to have fun and not intentional malice. She's the kind of friend you want by your side at a party to both start things off and come to your rescue if things get hairy. That's where my imagination took me, and I wanted to give her a modern twist.
My art ended up being a modern take on TARSA, and I gotta say, I learned so much from this experience - especially about rendering lighter skin tones
I don’t have a model for this piece. I just used the symmetry tool which is quite nice to get a sketch and drawing done faster. There was the sketch
And then I started to lay down the colours and render. I have to admit i had some trouble with her hair because I was trying to use a brush and hair rendering style I was not good at.
Finally gave up and decided to stick with what I know.
Here’s the story
It’s Saturday night and the Mayor is giving an award to the hero who saved the town from some bad guys. Tarsa is the hero and much badging she agrees to attend the award ceremony. See she even put on a dress!! After the show therevwas a party and some good merrymaking. Tarsa and some friends decided to take the party outside to another location. They find themselves along the beach where an abandoned shack lies. No one who made the suggestion but next thing Tarsa lights the shack up in flames for a bonfire. It’s a bad night to start a fire. The wind carries the fire into and inferno burning down a nearby home. Fortunately, no hurt and Tarsa saved the home owner’s puppy that was left at home. But this is still a bad outcome. The police are called and the merry fellows are sent to jail. Also included is Tarsa punching a police man for using a racial slur on one of her party.
