Thanks! I was fascinated by that part of the books, where the hobbits confront Shelob. Then I enjoyed even more reading about the primal spider Ungoliant that ate the Trees of Valinor, in Silmarillion. But I guess most people are familiar with the LOTR movies than with Silmarillion.
