Today I want to share with you my entry for the contest Cosmic Creations edition #3 with the theme "Inspired by Music".
These days I was facing some stress and anxiety due to several factors, I was feeling off and without enough energy and I was going through a series of setbacks.
So I decided to take some time for myself, to nurture, relax and fill myself with good energy.
I was listening to binaural music to balance my brain hemispheres, zen music to connect with the relaxation and tranquility that only nature can give you and mantras to harmonize my energy field and feel protected and comforted by the divinity.
It really helped me a lot especially listening to the Green Tara mantra.
Green Tara is a Tibetan Buddhist deity. It is associated with the activity of protecting beings from fears and dangers; and symbolizes activity and achievement. 1
I am not a Buddhist, but a person interested in personal growth and spirituality and listening to the Green Tara mantra helps me relax by bringing my mind and heart to a state of calm.
I have a curious anecdote with this mantra, since I listened to it a lot during the pandemic and several times I got a visit of a not very common insect called in my country Green Tara, which made me feel accompanied by the divinity.
Reciting and chanting the mantra Om tare tuttare ture soha, elevates our state of consciousness, freeing us from fears and external threats, filling us with compassion and harmony.
Creative process
To realize the art of Green Tara I used the help of artificial intelligence, specifically the Ausbit bot from Discord.
With the following prompt I asked the bot to create me an image of this deity:

En estos días estuve enfrentando un poco de estrés y ansiedad debido a diversos factores, me sentía apagada y sin energía suficiente y estaba pasando por una serie de contratiempos.
Así que decidí tomarme un tiempo para mí misma, para nutrirme, relajarme y llenarme de buena energía.
Estuve escuchando música binaural para equilibrar mis hemisferios cerebrales, música zen para conectarme con la relajación y la tranquilidad que solo te puede dar la naturaleza y mantras para armonizar mi campo energético y sentirme protegida y reconfortada por la divinidad.
Realmente me ayudó mucho sobre todo escuchar el mantra de Tara Verde.
