Ethereum (for poor folks like me) has become paralyzed lately by high GAS FEES, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still engage in the ART WORLD. Most Hivesters probably already know about NFT Showroom, but just in case you don’t, it’s a platform, built on Hive-Engine (a 2nd layer thingy on the Hive blockchain), that lets folks with artistic inclinations tokenize their own work (for very little CASH) as NFTs. (If you don’t know what an NFT is, it’s like a magic spell that makes something you could right click and save into something unique and fancy!)
Poor folks don’t usually get to BUY art. Most people aren’t bothered by that fact because they don’t have much desire to buy other folk’s creative gestures. I’m one of the weirdos that DOES want to engage in this activity… Again, thanks to NFT Showroom, I have been able to create a number (a large number) of artworks, and I’ve even sold a few, giving me the means to make PURCHASES!
