Here's a twisted Low-ku poem...
#025
Laying in flat space
The chronicle of dream art
Stabbed in the cool wish
Nonsense level...I'm going to guestimate...three? two and a half? It's not as nonsensical as some. (I should have mentioned a pig. Dang it! Pigs add at least a half-a-point to the nonsense level... SOMEDAY, I'll get to that magical LEVEL SEVEN nonsense point... Someday...
Actually, for a guy who spent a chunk of the day surrounded by people (most of them were family), the fact that I could count to five, then seven, then five AT ALL was pretty special.
Now that the special element of the #HiveBloPoMo post (the "poetics") is over, let's get to the HARD WORK:
ARTZ!!!

"I Don't Like...Vortex"
[Various pens, pencils, and welding equipment (a lie) on paper with digital embellishments, color, and moshing.] The bunny felt sick, caught in the mirrored vortex of doom, until the QUEEN FRIZZ appeared and summoned the GREAT GLOB to begin the process of devouring the entire cosmos. Not much he could do about it, so he went home and binge watched old X-FILES episodes until THE END came...

"Ancient Warrior"
[Crayons and colored pencil on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] When the time is right, he will awaken from his millennia-long sleep, and WOE upon his enemies when this comes to pass!

NEW KRYPTO KICKS - Series 01, #12 - "The Raaar" by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool) and Felicity Echo Hanson (Toddler Terror)
[Mixed media with digital embellishments and color.] My granddaughter called monsters "raaars" for a while. We thought it was funny. Now, of course, she's much older (almost 2 and a half), so she just calls them monsters, now, which is not as funny. However, because I've made an immutable NFT of her linguistic anomaly, the fact that someone used that sound in that way will now be preserved as long as there is a blockchain and a method for reading it...and electricity. ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool) and Felicity Echo Hanson (Toddler Terror)

"Holidays with Family" by Richard F. Yates (HF) & Felicity Echo Hanson (TT)
[Crayon, felt pen, colored pencil, and sticker collage on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] In this piece, Felicity and I predict the fun that our family is going to have this holiday season (if we were bird-monsters...and we might be!) It's bright and happy and on fire (just a little bit), so I think it's a safe bet that it accurately reflects what we will experience in the near future! Hooray! ---Richard F. "Grumpy"
[Digital drawing created on my phone.] Apparently, I was in a mood when I drew this. I'm guessing it's at least a partial self-portrait (in a Symbolist sense.) Help appease this beast. Give him a fancy new home!

In strange news, I have chosen (in a vulgar, economic display) to BURN a few pieces from my Hic-et-Nunc gallery that had excess editions. If it seems odd, given my rather anti-commercial rhetoric, I justify my actions in THIS sense: the works, each of which has been purchased by at least one collector, will now be more valuable to THEM, should they chose to pass on the goods to another owner. (The fact that I might make a ducat or two extra in the process is NOT immaterial, but it is something that must be considered, if one is to continue eating and paying bills...)
THAT IS ALL!
