If I went back to my old “work,” (I’m pretentious. I have WORK), and reutilized the words and ideas, is that stealing from a different person? (I’m clearly not the same individual that I was ten years ago…) Is it mine because I made it, or is it HIS because I’m an older gentlefellow? Who the smurf knows?

"Project: Holy Fool"
“As an NFT project, I’m making silly, amateurish, UNFINE art---not meant to be in a gilded frame on the wall of a huge museum or mansion. Just enough of my work sells (usually through Tezos or Hive marketplaces) that I’m able to mint new work and, on occasion, buy other folks’ artz! That’s super-cool to me. I love making and sharing art, and using NFT technology as a means of PUBLISHING my monsters and ghosts and bunnies for a global audience is incredible. It's cheaper than postage would be, and the pieces I’m getting OUT THERE for the public to see aren’t PLACE BASED, as they would be in gallery.”
[Text written on a laptop then incorporated into a collage thing with a drawing on paper and a photograph of a piece made of ink on wood.] The words say many things. They also DON'T say many things. Maybe you'll read them. Maybe you won't. I've done my part. The rest is up to you...

"Mouse"
[Digital drawing created in MS Paint on an old laptop.] SQUEEEEEK! (It's a mouse. They're popular lately, right? I heard something about a mouse book being banned and then selling out everywhere... Thought I'd get me some of that sweet MOUSE money! Ha!)

"Karlheinz (Was Surprised)"
[Brush pen, felt pen, and metallic marker on reclaimed cardboard.] I don't know if he's happy about what he's seeing, but he certainly seems shocked! (Very white teeth, too!)

"Napkin Art"
[Liner pen and felt pen on napkin on beat-up, old coffee table with digital embellishments and color.] Zombie and dead snake, just hanging out! They're pretty good friends, I guess, now that they've gotten over that whole "Sherry-Lynn" debacle. (Love can sometimes cause trouble, even for the undead...)

"Cubed"
[Ballpoint pen on notebook page with digital embellishments and color.] One of the 3-D monsters running around in my journals! (They've been hunted to near extinction by the 2-D mobs, so seeing a 3-Der is pretty rare!)

"Sunburn in Winter"
[Digital drawing created on my phone.] Global warming? I don't know, as this is anecdotal evidence (which isn't as good as controlled data), but if I can get a sunburn in the winter (easily the case, as it's ridiculously sunny right now in THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST, home of rain 8 days a week!), that's some scary stuff...

"Trippy Yo"
[Ink on notebook page with digital embellishments and moshing.] This is the third version of this piece that I've minted (but the first on HIVE.) Running a simple drawing thru the mosh-o-matic can sometimes produce eerie and unsettling effects, and for an image that is ALREADY about a ghost (and a gunfighter, although you might not know that's what I was trying to draw! Ha!), having the ghostly eyes above the darkened eyes looked pretty cool to me... Thoughts?
P.S. - Ghosts are just dimensional travelers!

"Terrible Angel"
[Felt pen and crayon on paper (I think) with digital embellishments, color, and moshing.] And we looked upon the creature before us and wept, for it was beautiful and terrible and mysterious to our eyes. We fell to the ground and covered our heads...

“Free Gift (With Strings Attached)” by RFY (HF) & FEH (TT)
[Felt pen, ballpoint pen, and paper collage on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] On Wednesday last, I introduced Felicity to glue sticks and collage. She liked making her fingers sticky, but she didn't QUITE get the idea of putting glue on the back of something and sticking it onto the artwork. We worked on it for a while... In the end, I think the image turned out pretty cool! ---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool) & Felicity Echo Hanson (Toddler Terror)

"Slug Beast"
[Felt pen on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] They seemed unstoppable! (Especially at my house, because I have high blood pressure and can't eat much salt.) Then THE FAST FOOD FIVE, superheroes from the 1980s, appeared in our time and brought enough salt in their fries alone to destroy the slug invasion! (There might be a few plot holes in this story! FOR NOW!!!)

That’s it for tonight! Hope you had fun (and figured, “He’s selling this shit? I could make something better than THAT!” You probably could! But will you??? (I make bad art [partially on purpose], but I also DO MAKE STUFF… I make the effort!) K.O.??? Later!
