Yesterday, I was told that my first pixel art attempt wasn't "original" enough because it was based off of another person's photo. Of course, I was never plan on selling it and despite having spent hours on it, he was technically correct and I couldn't help but felt defensive. A moment of pride turns into moments of shame. Instead of trying to defend myself, however, I've decided that I'm going to spend the next few days to try and create something that is truly unique only to me. I don't deserve to be on SuperRare...not yet. Please look forward to my Pixel Art Attempt #3. I'm sure it will be something that only I can recreate.
This is an 8bit animation attempt created by using 4 different layers. This is pretty cool, but I don't think this is enough. I think I can do better. I will prove this dude wrong. I will show him what true original content looks like.
