There are reasons to be sometimes weird and it is not a bad thing at all if you would ask me. There were times that the drawing becomes boring when you just do it like what you are used to do, but drawing freely from imagination is what I think fits the alien art hive community.
Without further ado here is my artwork for today, I drew it on a limelight sketchbook which you could buy for more or less 4 dollars here in the Philippines. So that's the paper i am drawing most of the time because having a sketchbook is convenient rather than grabbing some piece of expensive papers.
In this particular art I used different mediums or colors to be precise, which I will explain further on this article as I go through the process.
First I used the dual tip marker which is water color inside a brush if i could explain in layman's term. Drawing the grass freely without the use of pencils as draft or guides. Which I like to draw this kind of style where is much more my forte rather than using pencils.
The next medium or materials that i used is the touch five alcohol marker, it is commonly used by new artists like me as substitute to expensive copic markers.
I also used a prisma color pencil in this one which is violet blue to represent the dark of the night with color hue of PC 933. Now to evenly blend and spread it I apply a colorless blender of touchfive markers which is wet, it smells like alcohol while i'm using it by the way.
Now for the art lines I used pigment liner 0.05
Last but not the least I used adobe photoshop to game that kind of effect in my artwork. Hope you guys give a follow for more artworks like this one.
