This piece has a particular anecdote, it was exhibited in a government office and it almost cost me my freedom, because some people felt tremendously offended by what they saw, on that occasion I was a museographer and curator of said collective exhibition, and while the assembly process I heard comments like "the author of this painting should be in prison" I did not pay much attention and continued my work, my surprise was that at the time of the inauguration a lady called the authorities because of what she had exhibited in that room, we were several authors but most of them landscapers, and this piece broke with what is supposed to be "aesthetic". The conception of aesthetics is something very personal and is directly linked to the memories of those who try to organize the image, the point is that I achieve my goal. This composition beyond the obvious, intends through its visual dichotomy to symbolize what is broken and cursed that is lived in a broken society such as the current Venezuelan society. Esta pieza tiene una anécdota particular, fue expuesta en una oficina de gobierno y casi me cuesta la libertad, pues algunas personas se sintieron tremendamente ofendidas por lo que veían, en aquella ocasión fui museógrafo y curador de dicha muestra colectiva, y mientras se realizaba el proceso de montaje escuche comentarios como " el autor de este cuadro debería estar preso " no preste mucha atención y continué mi trabajo, mi sorpresa fue que al momento de la inauguración una señora llamo a las autoridades por lo que había expuesto en esa sala , éramos varios autores pero la mayoría paisajistas, y esta pieza rompía con lo que se supone debe ser "estético". La concepción de la estética es algo muy personal y esta directamente vinculado a los recuerdos de quien intenta organizar la imagen, el punto es que logre mi objetivo. Esta composición mas allá de lo evidente, pretende a través de su dicotomía visual simbolizar lo quebrado y maldito que se vive en una sociedad descompuesta como lo es la sociedad Venezolana actual.
