Peel region is near Niagara Falls and usually a hot tourist destination, the area is obviously feeling the damages from the lockdown. This small toy store owner, said "Screw it, lets do this" and reopened his store for business.
At least now he will have some money regardless if its to pay fines or feed his family, he has generated wealth while his competition was too consumed by fear to do so. Great opportunist venture capitalism here in Canada that is VERY RARE to see north of the 49th.
