I feel these are, I mean, recently I posted about myself 15 on my article that I posted on Twitter, here I've failed an interview. I started with my adventure field interview. But guess what? That's failure.
Give me some sort of insight. Actionable lessons. More like immunotherapy failure, immunotherapy. There's something, there's anything like that? Where you use them, you expose yourself to failure in building resilience.
During the African Workforce Summit, you know, I said I was going to make references during the Africa Work Summit by JME, a speaker asked everyone to say I will fail at almost 80% of the, you know, audience, they respond. You know why? Conceptual naivety. You don't know the power of failure. They are too focused on the stigmatisation of being a failure, so they remain trapped in fear. Without the understanding of this, failure is a growth path.
You may not be able to move forward. Is is is very simple, and then you also need to understand that. Private transformation is still valid. Reinvention doesn't It doesn't need them to be ceremonial.
It doesn't need the fanfare. You don't have to post a big announcement on wherever you want to post it, LinkedIn or X. Start with one mindset shift. Oh, this chapter is not over. It's just me changing coordinates. It's just me changing course. Then you learn from it. It's as simple as that. Failure is not a photo is it's feedback.
And then, reinvention is not equal to regression. You are not moving backwards, you are changing course, that is. The first mindset myself. you need to work hard. For you to have an effective career invention. Thank you. Thank you so much.
