I am so cultural this is not just a sentence but a feeling that breathes inside me. My identity isn’t made by my name or face alone but by the traditions that have been passed down to me through generations. When I speak my language celebrate my festivals or respect my elders it feels as if I am a living bridge between the past and the present.
Culture is not a burden for me but a beautiful heritage. No matter how modern the world becomes, I hold within me the simplicity and tradition that make me unique. I accept new ideas but I never abandon my roots because these very roots give me strength and support me through every difficulty.
Sometimes people consider being cultural to be outdated or restrictive but to me it is a strength. It teaches me who I am where I come from and where I need to go. In the colors of my culture I see a beauty that not everyone can see and this very thing makes me different from others.
Saying “I am so cultural” is actually taking pride in one’s identity. It is a declaration that even as I change with time I will not forget my roots. Because a person who stays connected to their culture never gets lost they always stand firm with their identity.
