It was my mom's birthday. We were celebrating. I thought that I'm going to surprise her with a very big gift. She was very expectant and she was anticipating my gift.
The day of her birthday, we were celebrating and she was waiting for my gift. All my siblings have already given her their various gifts. it was my turn. She was waiting. I told her I was going to surprise her. My siblings were telling me that where is the gift that I should show her? I said, don't worry. I will surprise her. I told her I was going to surprise her when she was least expectant.
My mother was always asking me where is the gift, where is the gift. I told her, don't worry. When it's time, I will show her where the gift is. And to her surprise, one day when she woke up, she saw. She saw a key on her bed. She was wondering what kind of set of keys are these and what is it for?
She brought out the key and asked me what it was. I told her it was a key to a shop. She had been planning to open a bigger shop to sell her foodstuff and groceries. And she was saving a lot of money for years to open that, but because of our siblings, they have to go to school and she was, she could not meet up, taking care of us and also wanting a shop, opening a shop.
I put that as one of my goals to make her achieve her dream, even when she could not achieve it alone. I did it for her. And she was very happy. She cried and she prayed for us. And that was how I was able to surprise her and show her what I had for her, for my baby.
