That's a question already stuck on my mind all this time. This question arises from the many cases where there are many teachers who are not liked by students in the teaching and learning process. Before we start to discuss about this, I will first introduce myself to my hivers friends who are members of this Hive account@freewriters community. My name is Reza Azhar with the account name Hive account@bobreza is a freelance English teacher from a third world country called Indonesia. Aceh, is one of the provinces in Indonesia where I currently live. I am also a musician who writes and composes my own songs. I still count as a local indie musician, but this activity has really helped me to stay sane in the midst of today's madness. To be honest, it never crossed my head to become a teacher. Being able to speak English was my main goal when I studied at the teaching and education faculty, English language study program, Jabal Ghafur Sigli University, Aceh. The obligation to teach before graduation is a blessing in disguise which then brings me love to keep active in this field.

Teaching is a very popular profession in our country. But this is not followed by the positive trend of education itself. What happens is that the work that should be done by people who are dedicated in this field loses their soul because in reality this work is only aimed at earning money. This opposite situation made me not interested in teaching in conventional schools. I prefer to teach as a freelance English teacher in a course institution or private to students' homes

We return to the question that started the opening of this paper. More than one answers, of course, it is possible to be an option. Whether it's true or not will always be worth discussing. From my personal experience for ten years of teaching, I dare to state that I am one of the teachers who are liked by students. What do I do about it? Happy to share became my main foundation before I finally fall in love with this teaching learning activity. By teaching I have the opportunity to do that every time. I also found the world that I longed for. The world of learning and teaching that I love to pursue as my main job.

My singing talent is a gift that actually supports my work as a teacher. I basically like to make people happy and feel entertained. In class, when dealing with students, I will do whatever it takes to keep their smile from disappearing after struggling with the question sheets to discuss the answers to. The children must be kept smiling to enjoy learning whatever they like. when the teacher realizes this, the teaching and learning process will definitely be easier. Realizing that teaching and learning must be a fun process so that what is learned can be tied up at any time.

As a closing of this introductory post, I would like to conclude, to be a good teacher, there are two things that I believe must be the initial provisions of a teacher. The first is the pleasure to share a little knowledge that we have and optimize the ability to bring a smile at every opportunity between learning activities. If these two things can be maintained, I believe the teacher who is not liked by the students will no longer exist.
