This is wakame seaweed. I like the taste. I cooked some of this with my chicken in a slow cooker. I like using a slow cooker as it uses electricity and since I do have solar panels, I have a way to cook when there is daylight and not have to worry about using too much electricity since my solar panels make electricity.
Anyway seaweed is one way to get iodine, an essential trace mineral, into the body. A long time ago like in the 60's they would put iodine in salt, but sometimes you might buy salt and it doesn't have iodine in it.
Did you know that if you wanted your children to be born smart, you have to have the mother to be consuming iodine, not too much, but as much as a traditional Japanese woman might consume. To me that is have a little seaweed everyday.
They did do an experiment and gave the mother before conception and during pregnancy and after birth as certain amount of iodine. I would imagine after birth, cause the mom will be breast feeding and it is good for the mother to continue eating seaweed or get an iodine supplement.
I like eating seaweed as there are a lot of minerals found in it. If you ever listened to the audio of, Dead Doctors Don't Lie, you will find that a body that lives to 120 years or more, might take in a lot of minerals and the audio promotes colloidal minerals. I too use colloidal minerals, but I want other sources of dense nutrition like seaweed.
Of course me taking in the iodine that is in this wakame, does help me with brain health too.
Did you know that eating seaweed, can help to pull radiation from the body? Are we not getting our radiation from all angles? Radiation from microwave ovens, and cell towers, and wifi, and cell phones and who knows what else.
Another benefit that can help the body with seaweed is that seaweed can pull heavy metals out of the body. With the government spraying the nano aluminum on us and all. Also that nano aluminum mixes into our water supply.
With the spraying of metal into our sky, we want to detox from all this metal and seaweed can help with that.
So why not add a little seaweed to one's diet, a little of it here and there everyday.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you. Colossians 4:14.
